The Realization Mechanismof Rural Ecological Resources Valorization In The Context Of Rural Revitalization

The valorization of rural ecological resources is the key to the implementation of rural revitalization strategy in the context of ecological civilization construction.“No 1 Central Document” that is issued by the central government in 2023 proposed to make a whole-party and whole-society effort to comprehensively push forward rural revitalization and accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.It is an important content to promote the high-quality development of rural industries,promote the construction of livable,suitable and beautiful countryside,and the key to realize the coordinated development of the two is to activate rural sleeping ecological resources and realize the value of ecological resources.However,toachieve the synergistic development of both,the key is to revitalize the dormant ecological resources in the countryside and realize the value of ecological resources.In this context,how to promote the multi-dimensional realization of economic,ecological and social values of rural ecological resources and the sustainable use of resources becomes the main purpose of this study.Existing literature has extensively discussed the realization of ecological resource value,but there is still room for further exploration and expansion.The previous research mainly focused on the negative externalities such as pollution control and environmental struggle of rural ecological resources as well as the value realization of the economic dimension of ecological resources.There is still room for expanding the research onsolving the dilemma and feasibility path of the value realization of rural ecological resources under the background of rural revitalization,as well as the research on themulti-dimensional value realization of social,cultural and ecological ecological resources.Based on the theory of sustainable development,the theory of autonomous governance of public p ond resources and the theory of ecological capitalization,using literature research method,t heoretical deduction method and case study method,and combining the characteristics of c ollective property rights of rural ecologicalresources: Firstly,in the process of realizing thevalue of rural ecological resources under the background of ruralrevitalization,it mainly experiences the evolution of resource capitalization,asset factors,factor productization and product marketization.Secondly,the hierarchical structure and linkage mechanism of ecological resources are analyzed from the aspects of the linkagemode,basic conditions and driving factors of ecological resources value.Thirdly,based on the definition of property rights and resource assets,collective action and asset factors,multiple co-governance and factor productization,principal-agent relationship and product marketization,the realization process of ecological resource value is discussed.Finally,taking Dongxiacao Village,a national ecological cultural village in Enshi Prefecture,as a research sample,the specific practice of the value of ecological resources in Dongxiacao Village is discussed.This paper explores the realization mechanism of rural ecological resources valorization in the context of rural revitalization from the perspective of co-creation and sharing by multiple subjects: Firstly,in the process of ecological resource valorization,the realization of rural ecological resource valorization in the context of rural revitalization mainly goes through the evolution of forms such as resource assetization,asset factorization,factor productization and product marketization.Second,the realization of the valorization of rural ecological resources in the context of rural revitalization can be reflected by the realization of its multi-dimensional values such as economic value,ecological value and social value.Third,the realization of the valorization of rural ecological resources in the context of rural revitalization requires the adoptionof the co-creation and sharing model of multiple subjects.The above-mentioned research has theo retical value and practical guidance significance for better promoting ecological civilization construction and rural revitalization.The main contributions of this article are as follows:(1)It explores the realization mechanism of rural ecological resource value from the multidimensional perspectives of ecological resource economic value,ecological value,and social value.This enriches and expands the theoretical connotations related to ecological resource value.(2)By discussing the implementation mechanism of rural ecological resource value,it establishes a connection between the rural revitalization strategy and the realization of rural ecological resource value.This is beneficial for accelerating the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.(3)Through case analysis,it extracts the general logic of realizing rural ecological resource value,which enriches and expands the content of ecological civilization construction.It holds theoretical value and practical guidingsignifica nce fo r pr omoti n g e c olo gi cal ci vilization con st ru ctio n and r ur al r evi tal izati on more effectively.
