| In recent years, with the launch of the third national land survey, higher requirements have been put forward for the surveying and mapping of rural real estate registration. It is necessary to continuously improve the level of risk management and carry out risk prevention for the project,so that the surveying and mapping project can effectively achieve the project management objectives. From the perspective of the whole process and risk management of rural real estate registration surveying and mapping, this paper uses the literature method and Delphi method to identify the risk factors affecting the rural real estate registration measurement and mapping project, and uses the analytic hierarchy process to weight the risk of the title measurement and mapping project.Calculated, and based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the risk assessment of the rural real estate registration surveying and mapping project was carried out,and the risk factors in the rural real estate registration mapping project were classified and analyzed in combination with a specific example of the title mapping project in Jiangning District,Nanjing City.Corresponding measures are suggested accordingly.(1)First,the current domestic and foreign related literatures are reviewed, and the risk status of rural real estate registration surveying and mapping in my country is emphatically analyzed.Starting from the risk management of each stage of ownership registration surveying and mapping, combined with relevant literature, enterprise interviews and with the Delphi method, through the By combining qualitative and quantitative methods, the key risk factors affecting rural real estate registration surveying and mapping projects were identified, and a risk factor identification list was formed, mainly including 6 first-level indicators and 19 second-level indicators.(2)The relevant theories of risk management are introduced in detail.According to the fuzziness of project risk assessment, the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to evaluate the risk of rural real estate registration surveying and mapping projects, and the basic theory and evaluation steps of the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process are introduced in detail.Analysis method is used to evaluate project risks, reduce the subjective impact of risk evaluation, and ensure the reliability of evaluation results.(3)Taking the project of No.1 bid in Jiangning District of Nanjing City as an example, the method of risk identification and risk evaluation is comprehensively used, and the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to analyze the risk probability and risk loss of the project of No.1 bid in Jiangning District of Nanjing City.Sorting,it is concluded that the risk level of the project in Jiangning District,Nanjing City is relatively high, and the specific risk factors are analyzed, and the risk response measures are put forward in a targeted manner, which provides a strong foundation for the follow-up development of risk management of rural real estate registration surveying and mapping. |
