| In recent years,with the continuous advancement of science and technology,UAV technology has been flourishing.The application of UAV technology to the field of surveying and mapping has injected new vitality into the surveying and mapping market.New technologies have driven the development of the surveying and mapping industry.At the same time,the imperfect characteristics of new technologies have also added a lot of risks to project implementation.At this time,project risk management is particularly important,and effective risk management is one of the key measures for the smooth progress of such emerging surveying and mapping projects.This dissertation starts from the reality,from the perspective of schedule management and risk management,and uses the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to analyze the progress risk of the H-watershed surveying and mapping project.In this dissertation,the WBS technology is used to decompose the task of the H-watershed surveying and mapping project,and the H-watershed surveying and mapping project is scheduled.According to the decomposition result of the work structure,the risk factors of the project are identified,the subjective analysis method is used to scientifically estimate the risk factors,and the analytic hierarchy process is used to evaluate the project risks.Based on the risk assessment,the risk analysis is carried out and the risk response strategy of the project is proposed.In this dissertation,the progress risk assessment index system of H-watershed surveying and mapping project is established,and the comprehensive risk assessment model of H-channel surveying and mapping project is constructed,and many specific strategies for surveying and mapping project risk response are put forward.This study supplements the risk management theory of surveying and mapping projects and has certain theoretical and practical guiding significance. |
