Kingdee Bay is an important ecological bay surrounding the three major regions of Rongcheng City.It is rich in offshore biological resources and has unique marine natural scenery.In recent years,some disorderly construction and breeding activities in coastal areas have damaged the ecological environment of the bay and the natural features of the coastline.Especially with the sharp increase of sea area,the occupied tidal flat resources are increasing year by year,aggravating the problem of marine pollution.The disorderly and large-scale construction of various man-made structures has also caused huge environmental pressures on the ecosystems in the adjacent sea areas,and the health of the regional ecosystems has been damaged and has a tendency to deteriorate further.In this context,Kingdee Bay Comprehensive Treatment Project,a comprehensive coastline renovation project,came into being.However,due to the complex environment such as tidal typhoon and demolition,the pressure of capital chain,the change of regional sustainable development policy,the lack of management ability of the project construction unit,and the possible secondary pollution caused by the project construction,the project faces more serious problems during the development process.risk,which is not conducive to the play of the ecological service function of the project.Therefore,this paper takes the risk management of the comprehensive management project of Kingdee Bay as the research object.First,it starts with the overview of the comprehensive management project of Kingdee Bay,and discusses the construction background,construction objectives,scope and duration of management,construction unit,management content and scale of the comprehensive management project of Kingdee Bay respectively.The project overview and source of funds were introduced,and then the tidal typhoon and demolition made the project environment complex,the large scale of project investment made the capital chain more pressure,changes in industrial policies,the lack of strength of the project construction unit,and the possible secondary pollution caused by the project construction,etc.The source of project risk is explained;secondly,two project risk identification methods,brainstorming method and Delphi method,are selected to carry out the risk identification of Kingdee Bay comprehensive management project.After the risk factors and other steps,the project risk identification result is obtained;thirdly,on the basis of the project risk identification result,the project risk evaluation index system is constructed by using the analytic hierarchy process,and the project risk level is determined by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method;finally,based on the risk Based on the evaluation results,determine the key risk factors of the project,and put forward coping strategies for the key risk factors based on the actual situation of the project.Through the research,on the one hand,it can avoid the losses caused by the outbreak of risk factors during the construction of the comprehensive management project of the Kingdee Bay Project,and at the same time,it can also enrich the empirical research on risk management.
