Rural Housing & Land Surveys Using 3S Technology

In order to ensure the security of our farmers economic and property and to protect their legal rights from infringing, meanwhile to improve the speed of the Rural economic construction, to ensure that Rural society harmony and stable development, countries put forward to deepen the Rural revolution, promote the s arrangement of urban and rural areas development. It is particularly important of the work registration right, because the right of the use of rural residence land and collective building land and house-ownership are closely related to the vital interests of the farmers.This paper analyzes the working method and application status of using 3S technology: GPS(satellite positioning system), RS(remote sensing) and GIS(geographic information system) etc. in survey of rural residence land and collective building land and house-ownership. Overall consideration the law and stander of conformation of land right, take the program of registration right and certification of Huichun City ‘s rural residence land and collective building land and house-ownership as an example, using 3S technology in rural residence land and collective building land and house-ownership, we obtained the following results:(1) Make the technical route /workflow and method of mapping and survey on registration right of rural residence land and collective building land and house-ownership.(2) Raise work efficiency with using GPS(satellite positioning system) technology, to carry out the data collection work of control survey and cadastral and housing elements, specific situation as below.(1)Control survey: Building one GPS D-class control net and three GPS E-class control net, thirty-three D-class control point and eighteen E-class control point.(2)Data collection work of cadastral and housing elements: Complete the cadastral surveying and mapping house property surveying and mapping of 10 towns, 121 administrative villages,2163 parcels,52.07 sq of Huichun City.(3)Build database of registration right and certification on rural residence land and collective building land and house-ownership, base on Beijing Super Map rural collective construction land use rights creating database system, realize the information query of parcel and house property, the summary and statistics of all kinds of data and function of registration and certification.
