Evaluation And Driving Factors Of High-quality Agricultural Development In The Yellow River Basin

During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period,economic and social development should take promoting high-quality development as the theme,comprehensively promote rural revitalization,and accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.There is no doubt that with the advent of the new era,China’s agriculture is also facing a new development situation,promoting high-quality agricultural development is the essence of modern agriculture,and the realization of agricultural and rural modernization is in the same vein,in order to achieve high-quality agricultural development must comprehensively consolidate the foundation of high-quality agricultural development.With the gradual implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,promoting the high-quality agricultural development of the Yellow River Basin is the key content of rural economic and social development in the Yellow River Basin,which is of great significance to the realization of social and economic take-off in the Yellow River Basin.Based on the relevant data of agricultural development in the Yellow River Basin from2006 to 2021,this thesis analyzes the current situation of high-quality agricultural development in the Yellow River Basin on the basis of expounding the relevant theories of high-quality agricultural development under the guidance of the new development concept,and constructs an index system to evaluate the high-quality agricultural development of the Yellow River Basin from the five levels of agricultural innovation and development,coordinated agricultural development,agricultural green development,agricultural open development and agricultural shared development.The entropy-CRITIC combination weight method was used to evaluate the high-quality agricultural development level,and finally the basic regression model was used to explore the driving factors of high-quality agricultural development in the Yellow River Basin.Its main results are:(1)The ecological economic development of the Yellow River Basin is basically stable,the effect of green development is good,and residents’ income and expenditure are steadily increasing,but the progress of agricultural structure optimization is not obvious,and the degree of industrial integration needs to be further improved.(2)The level of high-quality agricultural development in the Yellow River Basin has risen steadily,the development trend of agricultural opening up is good,the innovative development of agriculture and the green development of agriculture and the shared development of agriculture are relatively stable,while the coordinated development of agriculture is slightly insufficient,and the overall development level of the downstream areas in the basin is better than that of the upstream and middle regions,which is the shortcoming of promoting the high-quality development of agriculture in the Yellow River Basin.(3)The high-quality agricultural development level in the Yellow River Basin showed an obvious spatial positive aggregation trend,and the overall aggregation trend was manifested as "first decrease and then slow growth",and the spatial differentiation characteristics of high-quality agricultural development level among provinces in the basin were also significant.(4)The driving factors of high-quality agricultural development in the Yellow River Basin have different driving effects,natural geographical factors have positive driving effects on high-quality agricultural development,and are more significant in the upstream areas,and the driving effects of socio-economic factors on high-quality agricultural development are different,and the degree of trade openness used to reflect agricultural policy factors has the most obvious driving effect on high-quality agricultural development in the lower reaches of the Yellow River.In addition,according to the research conclusions,corresponding suggestions are put forward to improve the high-quality development level of agriculture in the Yellow River Basin from several aspects,such as promoting coordinated regional development,strengthening agricultural green awareness,expanding agricultural opening to the outside world and suitable development according to local areas.
