| Land and resources archives are an important part of archives and serve as vital credentials for querying and processing land and resources-related transactions.However,as the management of land and resources archives progresses,the cumbersome and extensive transfer of land and resources archive information through physical media becomes time-consuming and tedious.Therefore,the land departments must realize the importance and urgency of informationization construction for land and resources archives.Enhancing the level of archive informatization is an inherent requirement for lean management of land and resources.Advancing the informationization construction of the land and resources archive system further strengthens the rationality of management decisions,enhances the rational utilization of network resources,and promotes the optimal effectiveness of land,mineral,and other resources within macroeconomic policies.With technological advancements,China’s informationization construction is accelerating,and land departments are strengthening informationization construction in archive management.This not only improves work efficiency and streamlines complex management methods but also enables diverse and personalized usage of land and resources archives through various information technologies.Emerging technologies such as big data,cloud computing,and artificial intelligence provide technical support for land and resources archive data services.Utilizing archive informationization methods in exploration,measurement,use,and protection work related to land,minerals,forests,oceans,and other resources enables the scientific and rational integration of various resources and their effective utilization.Given that China’s informationization work for land and resources archives started relatively late,overall service quality is not high,data collection is limited,data utilization rates are low,and user access to information is inconvenient.Improving the informationization level of relevant archive management becomes an urgent task.In conclusion,archive informatization construction can enhance the rational utilization of land and resources-related information,play an irreplaceable role in promoting the rational arrangement of land resources,improving management levels,facilitating the development and utilization of land resources,and implementing sustainable land resource development perspectives.This research is based on the following six aspects: The first part explains the research background,significance,domestic and international research status,research ideas,and methods.The second part elucidates the relevant concepts and theoretical foundations of land and resources archive informatization,providing theoretical references for the research work.The third part analyzes the construction status of land and resources archive informatization in Jilin City,including the business,management,and implementation status.The fourth part reviews the construction of land and resources archive informatization in Jilin City,analyzing existing problems such as inconsistent construction standards,lagging construction,incomplete data integtation,simplistic service functions,and insufficient professional management.The fifth part deeply analyzes the problems,identifying reasons such as lacking promotion policies,insufficient attention and planning,flawed processes,inadequate management requirements,and shortage of professional technical talents.The sixth part proposes strategic suggestions for the development of land and resources archive informatization construction in Jilin City,providing effective measures based on the analysis and summarization of the previous sections.Finally,conclusions and prospects are presented. |
