To achievethe requirement of the examination and approval automation, standardization andnormalization.Paper reengineering the business process from the angle of the standardized and scientific, Optimization the work mode of existing land for construction purposesspecification, and build the business flow optimization model based on the mode of"One map". Discussed and studied how to utilize the ArcSDE spatial data engine andOGC open geospatial data interconnection standards To put the "One map" coredatabase and the system close link up. To achieve the business data of systemintegrated into the "One map" core database successfully,and to providing services Inthe business of construction land examination and approval roundly. Studied thedesign of graphics auxiliary examination work subsystem based on the "One map" ofthe core database detailedly, and make full use of the core results of the"One map" ofland and resources, realize the docking of construction land examination and approvalof business and the "One map" of the core database seamlessly.
