Research On Construction Of Database And Application System For Xinjiang Provincial L And Resources Data Center

In the rapid development of information technology today, along with the building of land resources informationization in-depth, land resources data total quantity unceasingly increases in our country. The land resources data center is a large and complex system, moreover, Xinjiang is still in the initial phase of building of land resources data center, in the process of building the absence of an overall, unified planning, the phenomena of different construction time, different manufacturers, different technical equipment, and databases in different formats exist in various systems. These lead to the existing system "isolated islands of information" widespread and difficult to share information resources, the inter-departmental coordination and cooperation more difficult. These problems are seriously affecting the development of land resources informationization. Therefore, improving the system interconnection and achieving integration of resources in these systems between land resources data center is the only way forward.Firstly, this paper analyzes the actuality and urrent situation of land resources informationization. According to the goal and the need of Xinjiang land resources data center construction,the paper tries to integrate the basic geographical data,the data of land information,the data of minerals and the data of geological enviroment to set up a multi-feature, multi-scale, multi-state all-around land resources database,which may make the use of land resources data and data exchange,data sharing become reality.besides, it can give strong data backing to E-government and offer multistage basic geographical information service to public.Secondly, this paper designed the database framework of land resources data center. the database of land resources data center is a large-scale tree-based spatial database. It is build multi-size space data sets by a multi-level classification and coding system and use the GIS spatial database engine and it's unique to get the grid index data in the massive investigation information. The database of land resources data center is used to quickly retrieval of data by classification code of the administrative division to achieve the physical separation of multi-source, multi-scale, multi-projection methods of integration.Next,we study system frame of land resources data center, the paper set up the framework of the overall structure of the system. At the same time, also designs the system function structure. Besides , This paper puts an emphasis on the multi-data transfer model of land resources data center.Lastly,in this paper we use somecounty's second land resurvey as a example of technology research and application of land resources data center.
