With the development of china’s economy, the demand of construction land isconstantly expanding. However the land resources are limited,The new situation on theconstruction of land use puts forward new demands. It means that the government mustmanage construction land dynamically. GIS technology provides an effectivemanagement for the government to manage the land resources. It can realize the timeupdate of the land using dynamic management and dynamic monitoring.This thesis concerns the basic content of the construction land with dynamicmanagement. In this thesis, the necessary and significance of the construction landusing dynamic management system is described. Meanwhile, the connotation of theconstruction land with dynamic management and the guarantees to implement thesystem are also discussed. Based on the analysis of the component GIS technology andworkflow technology, many new technologies such as the object-oriented analysis anddesign method, object-oriented design thought of new structure design ideas, are used inthis thesis. The thesis carried on an in-depth analysis and design for the system ofconstruction land with dynamic management. A graphic integration management systemfor construction land management is established.The main content and results in this thesis include the following aspects:1. Based on the existing construction land system of tracking, approval and otherindependent application, the thesis focuses on the research of the construction landdynamic management, the land utilization and management information development,including the construction of land with dynamic management connotation.2. Analyze the necessity and possibility of China’s construction dynamicmanagement. The information and technical requirements of construction land withdynamic management is discussed.3. In order to realize the construction land dynamic monitoring, a modelinganalysis on the construction land using dynamic management is proposed. Moreover,many new technologies such as ArcEngine for graphic platform, ArcSDE for specialdate engine, Oracle for data base platform design, Visual Studio2008for development tools and the ArcIMS technology are used to achieve the overall frame design, thesystem function frame design and system security design of construction land dynamicmanagement.
