With the increasingly severe global climate problem,the international community pays more and more attention to the carbon emission of civil aviation aircraft,and the importance of civil aviation carbon verification is becoming increasingly prominent.The verification of civil aviation carbon emissions is actually the verification of aviation fuel consumption.By analyzing the carbon verification indicators and the corresponding carbon verification process,aiming at the limitations of the carbon verification process based on flight distance,this thesis puts forward the carbon verification process based on ton kilometer and constructs the process benchmarking method.Through the benchmarking of carbon verification process,this thesis analyzes and puts forward effective verification indicators and verification process,which can be used as a reference for airlines to accurately understand their own carbon emissions and more accurately verify the rationality of carbon emission data.Firstly,analyze the factors affecting carbon emissions and carbon verification,and explore the correlation between the verification factors.By analyzing the phenomenon that the fuel consumption range becomes wider with the increase of flight distance due to different aircraft weight,the limitations of the carbon verification process based on flight distance are analyzed to pave the way for the benchmarking of the carbon verification process.Secondly,after verifying the significant correlation between aircraft load and fuel consumption at a fixed flight distance,through the comparative analysis of the change characteristics of fuel consumption per ton kilometer and the change characteristics of hourly fuel consumption in each flight stage,and combined with the physical significance of each flight stage and fuel work,a dual exponential attenuation model of fuel consumption per ton kilometer is established to explain the reason for adopting the dual index.The applicability of the total fuel consumption verification process based on ton kilometer index is explained,so as to construct the benchmarking method of carbon verification process.Finally,in view of the limitations of the carbon verification process based on flight distance,it is proposed to estimate the total fuel consumption based on ton kilometer,check the total fuel consumption under ton kilometer,and verify the fuel consumption under ton kilometer based on the double exponential attenuation model of ton kilometer fuel consumption.The two processes are verified simultaneously and in parallel to benchmark and improve the verification process,and a carbon verification process benchmarking method is constructed.Through the TOPSIS of combined entropy weight,the comprehensive benchmarking evaluation method between segments is constructed,which provides a reference method for the setting of the lower bound of the reasonable range of fuel consumption.
