| Assessing the value of natural resources is an important link in implementing the two-mountain theory and promoting the construction of ecological civilization.Traditional natural resource values only strengthen a single economic value, while in fact, scientific and sustainable natural resource values should be rich and diverse, including aesthetic value, ecological value, historical value, scientific value and other multiple values. The Yangtze River Three Gorges Ecological Corridor is an important ecological barrier area in the Yangtze River basin, with rich natural resources.Studying the multiple values of its natural resources can provide a multi-angle reference for the government’s environmental policy formulation and local high-quality development. In this paper, the income reduction method and equivalent factor method are used to evaluate the economic value of the natural resources in this area in different time periods of 2011,2015 and 2018;Secondly,the questionnaire method and the willingness to pay method are used to quantitatively evaluate the other five kinds of multiple values of natural resources. The research results show that:(1)The economic value of natural resources in the Three Gorges Ecological Economic Corridor of the Yangtze River has changed in different time periods, with 10.3 in 2011,2015 and 2018 respectively × 1.09 million yuan,9.53 × 1.09 million yuan,9.8 × 1.09 million yuan;(2)When the economic value conflicts with other values, the public’s demand for other multiple values of natural resources has gradually exceeded the economic value;(3)The public has obvious value preference for the other five values, among which aesthetic value>scientific value>tourism value>ecological value>historical value. Finally,on the basis of quantitative evaluation of the multiple value of natural resources, the study puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the multiple value of natural resources in the Three Gorges Ecological Economic Corridor from the three levels of government, society and the public. |
