Research On The Evaluation Of Land Resources Sustainability In The Yangtze River Economic Belt

Land resources are the most basic natural resources on which human beings depend for survival and development,and they play a vital role in economic and social development.However,with the diversification of economic growth and the rapid progress of social development and urbanization,the contradiction between the demand for land resources in human society and the non-renewable and irreplaceable characteristics of land resources has become increasingly prominent.Problems such as disordered expansion of construction land,soil erosion and soil pollution seriously threaten the sustainable use of land resources and restrict the sustainable development of the economy and society.In addition,the Yangtze River Economic Belt,as one of the most active regions in China's economic development,has an important strategic position.Ecological priority and green development are the core principles of the strategic planning of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.Promoting sustainable development under the conditions of ecological protection is an important strategic task facing the Yangtze River Economic Belt.Therefore,taking the Yangtze River Economic Belt as the research object,on the basis of depicting its land resource development and utilization status,comprehensively evaluating the sustainability of land resources is helpful to clarify the current problems in the land resource utilization of the Yangtze River Economic Belt,and put forward the Yangtze River Strategies for sustainable use of land resources.The research on the sustainability of land resources in the Yangtze River Economic Belt is not only of great practical significance for relieving the contradiction between people and land in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,and improving the ecological environment;at the same time,it has references for other regions to carry out sustainable evaluation of land resources and achieve sustainable use of land resources And reference significance.On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the existing literature,this paper systematically sorts out the concept of land resources,the connotation of sustainable use of land resources and the related theories of land resource sustainability evaluation to clarify the theoretical basis of land resource sustainability evaluation.Furthermore,taking the Yangtze River Economic Belt as a research object,we comprehensively evaluate the sustainable status of land resource development and utilization from 2008 to 2018.First,describe the current situation of land resource utilization in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2008 to 2018 to discover problems in the development and utilization of land resources in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.Secondly,based on the "stress-state-response" model(PSR model),we proceed from the economic pressure,social pressure,and ecological pressure in the pressure index,the natural,economic,and social attributes in the state index,and the remedial measures in the response index.,Build an evaluation index system,and use TOPSIS method to evaluate the overall land resource sustainability of the Yangtze River Economic Belt;again,based on the "eco-economic-social"framework,using the entropy weight method to further refine the evaluation of major cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt(9 Provincial capital cities and 2 municipalities directly under the Central Government)the sustainable development level of land resources in the three dimensions of ecology,economy and society.Finally,based on the current development situation of the sustainable use of land resources in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the sustainable use of land resources in the Yangtze River Economic Belt are proposed.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Judging from the overall evaluation of the land resource sustainability of the Yangtze River Economic Belt,overall the overall score of land resource sustainability is not high,the land resources are weakly sustainable,and the Yangtze River Economic Belt during the sample period The land resource sustainability score basically shows a "W" shape,with a large change range,and the sustainability is not stable enough.(2)Judging from the comprehensive evaluation results of the land resource sustainability of 11 major cities(9 provincial capital cities and 2 municipalities directly under the Central Government)in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,there are large differences in the sustainability of land resources among the major cities,and Shanghai's land resources are in a better sustainability in terms of development level,Nanjing's land resources are at a moderately sustainable level,while the remaining major cities are at a relatively low level of sustainable development.(3)From the perspective of the sustainable utilization of land resources in 11 major cities of the Yangtze River Economic Belt in the three dimensions of ecological sustainability,economic feasibility and social acceptability,the sustainable development of the land resources in the three dimensions is not coordinated In terms of ecological sustainability,Nanjing has the highest score and is much higher than other cities.It has an excellent ecological foundation.Nanchang,Chengdu and Kunming have low scores,and the ecological environment is fragile,which brings hidden dangers to the sustainable development of land resources;In terms of economic feasibility,Shanghai has the highest score,far higher than other cities.The economy is developing rapidly.The economic indicators of Guiyang and Kunming are low.The structural contradictions of industrial development restrict economic development;in terms of social acceptability,Hefei scores The highest score is paid attention to urbanization.Nanjing and Nanchang scored slightly lower than Hefei,and the remaining cities scored lower.The land resources planning and construction of these cities need to be improved,and urban development is still uneven.The innovation of this paper primarily includes the following two aspects:First,from the perspective of research framework for the Yangtze River Economic Belt as research object,the comprehensive evaluation of the Yangtze River Economic Belt of the overall sustainability of land resources and its dynamic change,on the basis of further refine examines the major cities of the Yangtze River Economic Belt(9 provincial capital cities and two municipalities directly under the central government)space difference of land resources sustainable,and respectively in the ecological,economic and social three dimensions of sustainable level,can get the sustainability of the Yangtze River Economic Belt of land resources more comprehensive evaluation results;Second,from the point of the research methods,the "pressurestate-response" model combined with TOPSIS evaluation method,comprehensive evaluation of the Yangtze River Economic Belt of the overall sustainability of land resources,the "ecological,economic,and social framework and the entropy weight method,further refine the main cities of the Yangtze River Economic Belt(9 provincial capital cities and two municipalities directly under the central government)of land resources in the ecological,economic and social sustainable development level of the three Angle,the results more scientific and reasonable.
