The famous Chinese philosopher Xiong Shili,under the influence of the"western culture spread to the east" and the "Science-Metaphysics Debate",combined Confucianism,Buddhism,Taoism,and Yi,and creatively established a"New Ideology" philosophical system with distinctive Eastern characteristics.The"New Ideology" philosophical system has made a systematic new Chinese philosophical response to the "western culture spread to the east".The "New Ideology" consists of two parts:"wisdom"(ontology)and "Cognition"(epistemology).Because of various objective and subjective reasons,Xiong Shili’s exposition is biased toward "wisdom" and weak on "Cognition".He argues that the "Cognition" is the development and use of the "wisdom",the main thought,i.e.,thinking,but he doesn’t conduct an in-depth study of the "thinking" problem.Xiong Shili’s research was concentrated in the 1920s and 1960s.Unexpectedly,in the reform and opening up of the 1980s,the famous scientist Qian Xuesen,borrowing Xiong Shili’s double wisdom terminology,made a systematic and in-depth study of "thinking" in science and technology and art,and put forward the outline of the science of thinking.At this time,the focus wasn’t on Xiong’s philosophical ontology,but on Qian’s philosophical epistemology noetic science.He regarded "wisdom" and "Cognition" as two ways of thinking in literature and science,each with its own emphasis,namely,imaginal thinking and logical thinking.Since academic research and talent training in China have long been divided between literature and science,the follow-up research on"double wisdom" has naturally formed Xiong’s research group and Qian’s research group.These two groups has written a lot,but lacks comparative and integrated research across disciplines and groups.The two groups have written a lot,but they lack interdisciplinary and cross-group comparative and integrative research.Taking advantage of the rising trend of cross-disciplinary research in China,this study explores the interdisciplinary complementary integration of Xiong Shili and Qian Xuesen’s "double wisdom".The first chapter is an introduction,which briefly introduces the background and significance of the topic and the general situation of the research.The second chapter discusses Xiong Shili’s "double wisdom" theory with the focus on "clear the ontology",including the emergence of Xiong Shili’s idea of "double wisdom" and the analysis of the content of Xiong Shili’s idea of "double wisdom".The third chapter discusses Qian Xuesen’s "double wisdom" theory with the focus on "attain practical use".It includes the analysis of the basic contents of Qian Xuesen’s "double wisdom" theory and other arguments.The fourth chapter discusses the unification of the two masters’ "double wisdom" theory in the creation of ontology and use.The paper integrates Xiong Shili’s "constant creation and constant newness" ontology and Qian Xuesen’s "creative thinking" theory of thinking,i.e.,Chinese philosophy and philosophy of science,to form a more complete idea of the body-use theory of creation.The possibility of developing from two "double wisdoms" to "Science of wisdom in cyberspace" is further discussed.
