Research On Qian Xuesen's Thoughts On Cultivating Innovative Talents In Science And Technology

Since the beginning of the 21 st century,China has implemented a strategy of reju venating the country through science and education and strengthening the country thr ough talents in order to build an innovative country.The core of an innovative countr y lies in technological innovation.In order to be able to take the road of independent i nnovation with Chinese characteristics,enhance the ability of independent innovation,and realize the leapforward development of science and technology,a large number o f scientific and technological innovation talents are needed.Qian Xuesen is a scientifi c master who has made outstanding contributions to the development of contemporary Chinese science and technology.He is also an outstanding philosopher and thinker.After thoroughly studying the status quo of the cultivation of science and technology i nnovation talents in China,he put forward the idea of "Dacheng Wisdom" and built a Dacheng wisdom education system based on this.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical value to study Qian Xuesen's thoughts on the cultivation of scientific an d technological innovation talents.This article is divided into three parts:The first part analyzes the historical background of Qian Xuesen's thoughts on th e cultivation of scientific and technological innovation talents,and deeply explores th e theoretical basis of the formation of Qian Xuesen's scientific and technological inno vation talents,laying a foundation for Qian Xuesen's thoughts on the cultivation of sci entific and technological innovation talents.The second part systematically expounds the core content of Qian Xuesen's thou ghts on the cultivation of scientific and technological innovation talents,including the introduction of the "Dacheng Wisdom" thought,the interpretation of its connotation a nd characteristics,and Qian Xuesen's scientific and technological innovation talent tra ining mode,namely Dacheng Wisdom Education.The third part deeply analyzes the theoretical value and practical value of Qian Xuesen's thoughts on the cultivation of scientific and technological innovation talents,and clarifies the important contribution of Qian Xuesen's thoughts on the cultivation of scientific and technological innovation talents to Marxist philosophy,China's higher education and the cultivation of scientific and technological innovation talents in China.
