Species Diversity Of Wood-inhabiting Fungi In Funiu Mountain In Luoyang

As an indispensable component of the ecosystem,Wood-inhabiting Fungi not only have important ecological value,but also some species have high edible and medicinal value.The investigation of species diversity of Wood-inhabiting Fungi is of great significance to the maintenance of ecosystem stability and the development and utilization of Wood-inhabiting Fungi resources.The Funiu Mountain in Luoyang is rich in forest resources,with less interference from human activities,intact natural ecology and abundant Wood-inhabiting Fungi resources.However,there are few reports on Wood-inhabiting Fungi,and the situation of Wood-inhabiting Fungi resources remains to be explored.In order to study the species diversity of Woodinhabiting Fungi in Funiu Mountain in Luoyang,213 samples of Wood-inhabiting Fungi were collected from three nature reserves and two forest parks in Luoyang from July 2020 to June 2021,Through macroscopic and microscopic observation,combined with molecular biology methods,Identification of identified species in 208 samples,A total of 81 species belonging to 1 phylum,1 class,8 orders,29 families and 61 genera were identified,including 23 species of Wood-inhabiting Fungi with edible and medicinal value,One new record species in China was found and described as Skeletocutis semipileata;21 new records in Henan Province,is respectively Abundisporus pubertatis;Antrodiella onychoides,Collybiopsis dichroa,Crepidotus malachius,Cortinarius subferrugineus,Dacryobolus angiospermarum,Flammula alnicola,Fomitiporia torreyae,Mucidula venosolamellata,Hymenochaete odontoides,Hyphodontia tropica,Laxitextum bicolor,Lentinellus castoreus,Metuloidea murashkinskyi,Neofomitella polyzonata,Phylloporia crataegi,Picipes cf.dictyopus,Polyporus subdictyopus,Skeletocutis amorpha,Steccherinum tenuissimum,Xylodon flaviporus.5 samples classified to genus level as unnamed species,including 1 Dichomitus,1 Steccherinum and 3 Crepidotus.Phylogenetic analysis was carried out on the samples of three unidentified species of the genus Spirodes.The three samples were not clustered with any known species.Combined with morphological studies,these three species were tentatively identified as Crepidotus sp.1,Crepidotus sp.2 and Crepidotus sp.3.The preliminary list of Wood-inhabiting Fungi species in Funiu Mountain in Luoyang was obtained by summarizing the research results,so as to provide scientific basis for the protection and development and utilization of Wood-inhabiting Fungi resources in Funiu Mountain.
