The investagation of germplasm resources which is growing on trunk, falling trees, standing deadwood, litter layer, surface, and stumps acquisition of different substracts/matrix in the region of Changbai Mountain in this paper, and totally collected 296 fruiting bodies of wild macrofungi, and determined 187 species which is identified by the of macro and micro characteristics. Belonging to 2 phyla, 6 classes, 18 orders, 49 families and 101 genera, including 3 classes, 6 orders, 8 families, 15 genera of Ascomycota, and 3 classes, 12 orders, 40 families, 88 genera of Basidiomycota, including edible fungi 69 species, and medicinal fungi 57 species, and toxinc fungi 15 species, and all voucher specimens have been preserved in the Herbarium of Mycology of Jilin Agricultural University(HMJAU).By isolating the tissue and making living viable tissue or living bodies of the macrofungi which is collected in Changbai Mountaim area, totally obtained 87 germplasms of rotting fungi which is isolate from wild fruiting bodies belonging to 62 species of 2 phyla, 2 classes, 5 orders, 21 families, 39 genera, and 266 living bodies. And all tested strains were conserved in the Culture Collection of Mycological Center of Jilin Agricultural University(CCMJ), and living bodies which successfully made were preserved in the Library of Living Body of the CCMJ,and successfully made 19 spore prints of macrofungi. Furthermore this paper records and narrates the relevant information of the kind of species, and the No. of Specimen, and the collection sites, and the No. of strains and living bodies, and the habitation, and economical use to obtain the genetic information contained in the field can be transferred from the wild survival condition to the artificial culture under the ex-situ conservation terms of the primary preservation of spawns.There are 20 strains of wood-rotting macrofungi have successfully isolated, reserved, and obtained the genetic information of which have been preserved in the CCMJ, to get forward to the biological research of conservation, and studing on biological characteristic and cultivation experiment on the part of the wood rotting fungi. 12 of the isolated strains of wild macrofungi have been successfully cultivated including 11 kinds of wood rotting fingi and 1 kind of entomogenous fungi, so that it can complete the life cycle under the conditions of artificial cultivation inside to provide a reference for the foundation of biological indicators for basic conservation of the macrofungi.Meanwhile this study is just a resources investigation to strengthen the ex-situ conservation on part of wood rotting fungi, and enrich the content and information of “One Conservation, One Herbarium, Five Banks” of macrofungi, it is just from exploring the test of biological characteristics and artificial cultivation to complete the life cycle under the condition of artificial culture, to provide a basic reference indicator for the recover of wild populations in order to get better solution to the conservation of macrofungi.
