| Forest is the lung of the earth,which plays a decisive role in maintaining and improving the ecological environment.At the same time,it is also an important material basis for the survival and development of human.Taking Jinxi County,Jiangxi Province as the research area,based on forest management inventory data of forest resources in the third period of 2009-2019,this paper analyzes the dynamic changes of the structure and quality of forest resources,also constructs the quality evaluation index system of commercial forest and non-commercial forest by using analytic hierarchy process,on this basis,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to provide a reference for the sustainable development of forest resources in the research area.The main results and conclusions are as follows:(1)In 2019,the forest land area of Jinxi County was 78958.7 hm~2,decreased by4.48%about 3707.1 hm~2compared with 2009.The Forestry area was 67250.1 hm~2,which accounted for 85.17%of the forest land area,decreased by 3167.5 hm~2compared with2009,dropped 4.5%.The area of collective forest land was reduced by 3858.9 hm~2than2009.In Jinxi County the ratio of non-commercial forest and commercial forest area is close to 4:6,of which the area of non-commercial forest was 29892.2 hm~2,a decrease of11297.3 hm~2and 27.43%in contrast to 2009;However,the area of commercial forest land was 49066.5 hm~2,which increased by 7590.2 hm~2and 18.30%compared to 2009.The structure of tree species has been improved,but the proportion of coniferous pure forest area is still high in forest area,reaching 64.67%.What’more,the structure of trees age has been optimized,however it is still dominated by middle-aged and young forests which accounts for 68.39%.(2)In 2019,the forest coverage rate of Jinxi County was 55.78%,which was reduced by 0.92%than 2009;The utilization rate of forest land was 85.17%,down 0.01%from2009.The average canopy density was 0.61,0.09 higher than that in 2009.The volume and growth per unit area of arbor forest were low,and the volume and growth per unit area of commercial forest were 71.50 m~3/hm~2and 3.36 m~3/hm~2respectively;The volume of ecological public welfare forest was 68.32 m~3/hm~2,and the average annual growth was3.00 m~3/hm~2.The integrity of arbor forest community structure has decreased,in which the area of complete structure is 26872.2 hm~2,which is 6390.5 hm~2lower than that in 2009,down 19.2%.At the same time the degree of forest naturalization has dropped,among which the area with natural degree of Grade I and II is 44250.1 hm~2,which is 5158.6 hm~2less than that in 2009,decreased by10.4%.But the forest diseases and insect pests have been effectively controlled in the whole county.(3)The quality evaluation index system of commercial forest and non-commercial forest is constructed respectively.The quality of commercial forest includes 10 indexes in two aspects:forest quality and forest land quality,and the quality of non-commercial forest includes 10 indexes in two aspects:stand stability and stand impact on the environment.The weight of each index is obtained by analytic hierarchy process and the quality is evaluated.Among them,the comprehensive score value of commercial forest quality is0.5710,so the forest quality grade is grade III,which is at the medium level.The main factors leading to the medium quality of commercial forest are low growth per unit area,low thickness of humus layer and unreasonable tree species structure;The comprehensive score value of non-commercial forest quality is 0.6183,and the forest quality grade is grade II,which is at a good level.The low volume per unit area and unreasonable tree species structure are the main reasons restricting the further improvement of non-commercial forest quality.(4)Some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for adjusting forest structure,improving forest productivity,adhering to managing forests according to laws,developing characteristic industries,deepening forestry reform and promoting forests by science and technology from the two aspects of technical measures and policy guarantee according to the change characteristics of forest resource structure and quality and the evaluation results of forest quality. |
