The Dynamic Change Of The Development Trend Of Forest Resources In Qiqihar City

Forest is the core of forestry,acts as the material basis of construction of Ecological Civilization.Forest resources plays an irreplaceable role in ecological balance,man-nature harmonization and sustainable development.To study on dynamic change of forest resources is helpful to analyze and explore the regular patterns of forest resources change,then forecasts the development tendency.Through mastering forestry development status,we can assess the effect of forest management and offer support to forest resources management decision-making.According to the data of forest resource archives of Qiqihar from 2010 to2015,following the principles of scientific and reasonable,select woodland area,the volume of living tree,the stands origin,the species composition and forest age structure as indicators to analyze and evaluate the current situation of forest resource.Then use model of GM(1,1)to predict the development trend of forest resources of Qiqihar.The result reflects:Promoted by the government policies and ecological engineering,forest area and stocking volume have been increasing,while the forest cover percent has been improved distinctly.However,there are still many problems in the forest resources of Qiqihar:the total amount of forest resources is inadequate and the ecological environment is fragile,the potential for afforestation is decreasing year by year and the ecological construction is becoming more and more difficult,Insufficient protection of forest resources lacks and the destruction of forest resources happens sometimes;people are short of proper awareness of the protection of forest resources.Based on the current characteristics and problems of forest resource of Qiqihar,We should clarify the task and aim of the forest resources management.With a few respects of promoting the construction of forestry ecological engineering,strengthening forest management,strengthening the forest land protection,repairing the degradation of forest resources,excavating potential of forestry afforestation,improving the quality of forest resources andplaying forestry policy effects,we can promote sustainable development of qiqihar forest resources...
