| Forest germplasm resources were an important part of the national natural resource strategic reserve.Against the background of global warming,some wild plants had be faced threats to their survival for now.As an important terrain transition zone,Jiuzhaigou County was affected by special topography and landforms,with diverse plant types but relatively fragile habitats.Therefore,the investigation of forest germplasm resources in Jiuzhaigou County was of great significance to grasp the current status of resources and the utilization of resources in the future.This paper investigated the wild forest germplasm resources in Jiuzhaigou County,and summarized the wild forest germplasm resources included the excellent germplasm resources with local useful plants.Finally,the Maxent model was used to predict the distribution and suitability of specific tree species in different habitats of Lonicera.The results showed that,(1)There were 463 wild woody plant species in the survey area of Jiuzhaig ou County,involving 162 genera in 67 families,of which 442 species were in angiosperms in 151 genera in 63 families,and 21 species in gymnosperms were in 11 genera in 4 families.There were 164 tree species,268 bush species,28 woody vines,and 3 bamboo species.There were a total of 13 species of national class?protected plants and national class II protected plants.There were 5 plants belonging to Appendix II of the CITES Convention,and only one species of A ppendix III trees.(2)The wild germplasm resources of wild forests in Jiuzhaigou County were very abundant,and the wild woody plants with higher development value in Jiuzhaigou County were divided into 7 types.Among them,there were 9 types of forest vegetable plants and forest fruit plants.There were 2 kinds of forest drink plants.There were nectar plant was the most of them which involved 22 fami lies and 42 genera.There were 5 kinds of woody dried fruit plants.There were woody oils 3 kinds of plants.There were 4 kinds of other types plants.(3)The wild distribution information of four representative Lonicera plant s(Lonicera retusa(A),Lonicera tragophylla(B),Lonicera trichosantha var.(C),Lo nicera rupicola(D))growing at different altitudes was used to predict the crop species distribution and suitability analysis by Using the Maxent mode.The prediction results of the species distribution of four species in Jiuzhaigou County were divided into 5 levels.They were Unsuitable region(0<P<0.05),Low suitable region(0.05?P<0.25),Unsuitable region(0.25?P<0.5),Medium suitable region(0.5?P<0.7)and Most suitable region(0.7?P?1).(4)The optimum annual mean temperature of A was 6.4~13.9?,the optimum mean diurnal range was 10.7~ 12.9?,the max temperature of warmest month was 23.7~29 ?,and the mintemperature of coldest month was-8.5~-3.1?,The average annual precipitation was 558~656mm.The optimum annual mean temperature of B was 3~10.1?,the optimum mean diurnal range was 12.2~14.7?,the max temperature of warmest month was 17.5~25.5?,and the min temperature of coldest month was-15.8~-6.9?,The average annual precipitati on was 593~758mm.The optimum annual mean temperature of C was-0.6~7.9?,the optimum mean diurnal range was 13.3~14.7?,the max temperature of warmest month was 15.9~22.7?,and the min temperature of coldest month was-18.9~-11.1?,The average annual precipitation was 624~799mm.The optimum annual mean temperature of D was-0.7~7.3?,the optimum mean diurnal range was 13.6~14.7?,the max temperature of warmest month was 14.2~22?,and the min temperature of coldest month was-19.5~-11.9?,The average annual precipitation was 634~817mm. |
