Background and objective:at present,the problem of adolescent physical health has become increasingly prominent in China.Adolescent idiopathic scoliosis seriously affects the physical and mental health of adolescents.In this study,PRI posture repair technology was introduced to intervene adolescent idiopathic scoliosis by formulating a reasonable intervention program to explore its effect and verify the effectiveness of the intervention program.Research methods:40 subjects were divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group received regular and supervised intervention training for 12 weeks according to the exercise intervention program;In the control group,regular observation and follow-up,daily life health guidance and education were conducted to prevent the deterioration of scoliosis in the control group.The evaluation indexes included Cobb angle,clavicular inclination angle,coronal pelvis inclination angle,coronal trunk offset and balance,thoracic kyphosis angle,lumbar lordosis angle,sagittal pelvic inclination angle,sagittal trunk balance and imbalance,and horizontal trunk rotation angle.Results:(1)On the coronal plane,the Cobb angle of the experimental group decreased significantly before and after the intervention(P<0.05),while the control group did not change significantly;the clavicle inclination angle of the experimental group was significantly reduced after the intervention(P<0.01)),the control group did not change significantly;the experimental group achieved a significant effect in the improvement of the coronal pelvic tilt angle after intervention(P<0.01),and the control group did not change significantly;in addition,the trunk coronal deviation rate of each experimental group decreased.(2)On the sagittal plane,the improvement of the thoracic kyphosis angle of the experimental group after intervention was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05);the improvement of the lumbar lordosis angle did not change significantly before and after the experimental intervention;the experimental group sagittal The inclination angle of the pelvic surface was significantly improved after the experimental intervention(P<0.05).(3)On a horizontal plane,the trunk rotation angle of the experimental group was significantly reduced before and after the experimental intervention(P<0.05),while there was no significant change in the control group before and after the experimental intervention.Conclusion:(1)After subjects undergoing exercise therapy intervention,the degree of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis has been improved,and the development of scoliosis has been delayed;the unequal height of the shoulders on both sides of the body,pelvic tilt,and vertebral rotation have been improved.And the back of the razor has also been significantly corrected and the degree of deviation of the torso has been significantly reduced.(2)Improvement of overall or partial asymmetry of the trunk,increased proprioception,and overall power transmission may be the reasons for the outcome of idiopathic scoliosis.(3)Exercise therapy based on PRI postural repair technology has a certain effect on improving adolescent idiopathic scoliosis,and it is worth applying to improve mild adolescent idiopathic scoliosis through exercise.
