An Interventional Study Of Exercise Combined With Health Education On Primary School Students With Mild Scoliosis

Objective:This study used a combined exercise health education intervention program to conduct a four-month intervention study of primary pupils with mild scoliosis.The Cobb angle data of the scoliosis was compared before and after the experiment,and the effect was analyzed to explore the joint health of the exercise.The specific effects of educational therapy on improving the Cobb angle of mild scoliosis provide a theoretical basis and solution for the prevention and treatment of mild scoliosis.Research methods:This paper mainly uses questionnaires and experimental methods.At the beginning of the experiment,137 students who met the criteria were included in the study.Through the questionnaire survey of the parents of the students participating in the experiment,the data of the questionnaire statistics were summarized and analyzed.According to the parents,wishes and the principle of voluntary participation of students,the experiment was divided.After the experiment,the invalid data was excluded,and 78 effective targets were obtained,including 27 in the control group,17 in the exercise group,15 in the health education group,and 19 in the sports joint education group.Design a special aerobic exercise program based on the specific conditions of the students participating in the experiment(breathing training,neck strength,thoracic spine extension,scapula supra,cat type stretching,chest muscle rotation,pelvic activity,abdominal bridge,prone chest,back bridge),each Exercise for three days(weekly,Wednesday,Friday)and exercise for 1 hour per day.Health education is based on two lectures on spine health knowledge,the issuance of spine health information,the use of video data,ana the correct physical posture of primary school students during exercise.The experimental period is 4 months.At the end of the experiment,analyze the Cobb angle index of the chest and lumbar segments of Adam's upright position,the Cobb angle index of the chest and lumbar segments of Adam sitting position,and the indicators of height,chest circumference,waist circumference,vital capacity,heart rate,grip strength,50-meter run,and 1-minute skipping.Results:There was no statistical difference between the exercise group,the health education group,the sports joint education group and the control group before the experiment.The data before and after the experiment were analyzed by paired sample t test.An independent sample t test was used to analyze whether there was any interaction between exercise intervention and health education using two-way analysis of variance.(1)The health status of parents and the knowledge of scoliosis are closely related to the occurrence of scoliosis.Parents with a history of scoliosis will increase their chances of having scoliosis.Parents,knowledge of scoliosis is highly cognitive and helps prevent children from having scoliosis and finding children in time.Take treatment.(2)Students' bad behavior habits and lifestyle are one of the factors inducing scoliosis.Bad behavior habits and lifestyle manifestations in sitting posture,standing posture are not standardized,meditation time is long,participation in sports activities and other factors affecting physical health development.(3)Before and after the analysis of-the Cobb angle of the chest and lumbar segments of Adam's erect position,there was no significant change in the Cobb angle of the chest and lumbar segments of the right standing in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(p>0.05);In the joint health education group,there was a significant decrease in the Cobb angle,index in the chest and lumbar segments of Adam's erect position,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05,p<0.01);while the education group was in the erect position of the chest.The change of index decreased little,and the difference was not statistically significant(p>0.05).The change rate of Cobb angle index in the waist group of Adam in the erect position of the education group was large,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).The analysis of the Cobb angle of the chest and the lumbar segment of the Adam sitting position showed that the change of Cobb angle in the chest and lumbar segments of the control group was small,and the difference was not statistically significant(p>0.05);The change rate of Cobb angle index in the thoracic and lumbar segments of Adam sitting position was large,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).In the education group,the Cobb angle index in the chest position of Adam was significantly changed,and the difference was statistically significant.Significance(p<0.05),but the change of Cobb angle index in the lumbar segment of the sitting group in the education group was small,the difference was not statistically significant(p>0.05);the exercise combined health education group in the sitting position chest and lumbar Cobb in Adam The rate of change of the angular index was the largest,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05,p<0.01).(4)Comparative analysis of Cobb angle indicators between the control group and the exercise group,the education group and the sports joint health education group showed that the Cobb angle index of the control group and the exercise group in the Adam upright position and the sitting position chest and lumbar section changed greatly,the difference was Statistically significant(p<0.05);the control group and the health education group only had a large change in the Cobb angle index in the waist position of Adam sitting position,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05),and the control group and the health education group stood upright in Adam.There was no significant difference in the Cobb angle index between the thoracolumbar segment and the Adam sitting position.The difference was not statistically significant(p>0.05).The control group and the exercise combined health education group were in the chest position of the Adam and the thoracic thigh.The Cobb angle index changed greatly,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the Cobb angle index between the control group and the exercise combined health education group in the waist position of Adam(p>0.05).(5)Interaction analysis of exercise and health education data showed that there was no good interaction between exercise and health education in the chest position of Adam's erect position and Adam's sitting position,and the difference was not statistically significant(p>0.05).In the Adam's upright lumbar segment and the Adam's sitting position,the Cobb angle index has an interaction with health education,and the difference is statistically significant(p<0.05),indicating that the exercise joint health education program is not all There are good effects on the indicators.(6)Analysis of changes in body shape,bodily functions and physical fitness indicators between the groups before and after the experiment showed that the control group,the exercise group,the health education group,and the sports joint health education group had the physical form and physical function indicators of the students.There was no significant difference in the small difference(p>0.05).There was a significant difference in the 50-meter running index of the control group(p<0.05).There was a significant difference in the grip index between the exercise group(p<0.05).),the remaining indicators were not statistically significant among the four groups(p>0.05).Analysis conclusion:(1)Genetics is one of the influencing factors of scoliosis.The health status of the spine and the knowledge of scoliosis in the parents of students have an important impact on the health of the spine.(2)Students' bad behavior habits and lifestyle are one of the factors that cause the scoliosis of the spine.Unregulated sitting posture,standing posture,long sitting time,and less participation in sports activities will affect the healthy development of the body.(3)Exercise intervention for mild scoliosis is feasible,and simple health education intervention has no significant effect.(4)The sports joint health education program has no greater effect than the simple exercise intervention.This program needs further discussion and analysis.(5)Mild scoliosis has little effect on the body shape,bodily functions and physical fitness of primary school students.
