Research On Occupational Integration Of Group Work Intervention Of Placement,Assistance And Education Objects

Resettlement assistance and education object refers to the personnel who have been released from prison within five years and released from community correction within three years.The main task of resettlement assistance and education objects is to accept and cooperate with the supervision,management and assistance of judicial departments.It is an important measure to help resettlers and educators integrate into their jobs as soon as possible,so as to promote resettlement and educators to realize socialization as soon as possible.On the basis of investigating the employment status of the resettlement assistance and education objects,this paper finds out the existing problems in the employment of the resettlement assistance and education objects,adopts the method of group work,and combines with the social support theory,and designs group activities with four themes:vocational ability integration,work environment integration,work role integration and psychological integration.By helping to link skills training schools and encouraging students to obtain vocational certificates,we can promote the integration of vocational ability of students.Through interpersonal discussion and scene reappearance,we can help students to learn and deal with problems in the working environment.Through role-playing,role discrimination,etc.,we can help students to understand their job roles and promote their role integration.Through problem talk,psychological counseling,communication and encouragement,etc.,we can promote the resettlement assistance and education objects to adapt to the work psychologically faster.Through practical research,the author finds that group social work has played a great role in helping the resettlers to achieve professional integration.Resettlement assistance and education objects have established their own social support network,and they have received encouragement and help from peers,which is helpful for resettlement assistance and education objects to achieve career integration faster.
