Research On The Development Status And Countermeasures Of Small Basketball On Campus In Urumqi

Sports and health have become the focus of social development in China.With the development of quality education practice,campus sports have become the focus of quality education today.However,the current education and teaching system still pays more attention to cultural achievement than physical quality,which leads to the serious deficiency of physical education for primary and middle school students in all stages,especially in the basic education stage,such as weak motor function development,high obesity rate,physical endurance is not ideal and other sub-health conditions.Elementary school is the easiest time for students to develop good habits,thus,the Basketball Association proposed the Little Basketball Project in 2017.According to the physical and mental development law of primary school students,the existing basketball competition rules are modified and improved in accordance with the law of primary school students' own development.The development of basketball in primary schools is beneficial to the development of physical function and healthy psychological quality of primary school students,and also affects the future development of basketball in our country.It is necessary to have a deep understanding of its current situation to root small basketball in the campus and make it flourish.For these reasons,this survey taking primary school students aged 6-8 and their parents and physical education teachers of grade 1-3 from 9 primary schools in Urumqi7 administrative districts(counties)as the main objects of investigation,through literature,interview,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,logical analysis,field investigation and other methods,starting from the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the development of elementary school small basketball,discusses the problems faced by the development of small basketball on campus,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on how to promote the development of school small basketball better,so as to provide certain theoretical basis and reference for the development of school sports practice and health education in the future.The study drew the following conclusions:1.As an important division of small basketball series league,Urumqi has initially established a relatively perfect development system for small basketball.The age and educational background of professional teachers can basically meet the current needs.The school has certain infrastructure.However,there are still some problems,such as imperfect organizational structure,imperfect institutional system and lack of brand culture support,and relatively lack of basic equipment and facilities,which cannot fully fit students of all ages.the basic equipment and facilities on campus are relatively deficient,which cannot fully fit students of all ages.2.Under the background of national fitness policies,the development of small basketball in Urumqi has certain advantages and opportunities,but there are still some disadvantages,such as poor integration of sports and education,academic conflicts,and inadequate publicity.The concept of parents needs to be further changed and the enthusiasm of students needs to be further improved.3.There are many elementary and middle schools in Urumqi carrying out elementary basketball courses,but there are still some problems such as teaching objectives,content and methods.The age and education structure of professional teachers should be further improved,the professional training level should be further strengthened,and the school characteristic small basketball game system should be established.4.According to the development status of elementary school basketball in Urumqi analysis,the implementation of the development strategy of small basketball needs to provide safeguard measures from the aspects of policy,organization,funds and talents,and combine with the relevant policies and documents issued by the government departments,to perfect the goals,purposes,essence,principles and value orientation of the development of small basketball.According to the conclusion,combined with the development of elementary school basketball in Urumqi City,in view of the specific problems existing in the promotion process of small basketball,the following suggestions are put forward:1.Education and sports departments of Urumqi government should further strengthen the cooperation to complete the construction of small basketball organization as soon as possible,improve the relevant basic system and rules,so as to ensure the implementation of the national policy;Relevant departments need to build and restructure small basketball courts through scientific deployment,and at the same time provide complete infrastructure and equipment to meet the needs of different ages;increase economic investment through government appropriation,external investment and other ways,introduce small basketball games with high popularity in China,add competition areas,and create the cultural brand of characteristic games belonging to the city as soon as possible,so as to create popularity and improve influence.2.Organize schools and relevant departments to publicize small basketball games,so that parents and students can get more involved.By setting up the official website,official microblog and We Chat account of small basketball games,and cooperating with mainstream media,we can increase the exposure of small basketball games and related games and create popularity.Build an interactive platform of "small players,big stars",and improve students' enthusiasm through diversified participation of all members and competition rewards.3.Expand recruitment channels for teachers,retired players can be specially hired as full-time basketball coaches after conducting training related to small basketball teaching and examination of professional ethics of primary and secondary school teachers.At the same time for the existing physical education teachers to organize professional training and evaluation,scientific and systematic development of training programs,compilation of small basketball sports school-based textbooks;Physical education teachers should pay attention to teach students according to their aptitude and try to make every student participate in small basketball games.
