is not difficult to see that with the development of the times,the combination of sports and education has gradually deepened,and the training methods of athletes have become more scientific and diversified.In addition to the training of individual sports associations and the sports system,the education system will gradually become one of the important links in the training of athletes.Based on this,school physical education and after-school physical training have also undergone changes,and sports competitions will become an important means of driving young people to participate in sports activities.As a national central city and a new first-tier city,Zhengzhou has a strong demonstrative and leading role in the optimization of the campus basketball competition system.Zhengzhou has a very good basketball environment.A large number of youth basketball competitions are held every year,covering many types of leagues,cups,odd and double loops,home and away courts,etc.The research on the campus basketball competitions for middle school students in Zhengzhou has implications for the construction of the Zhengzhou campus competition system.Significance.This article uses the literature method to collect a large number of relevant information about campus basketball games,and through the review and sorting of previous studies,the overall research direction and research framework are formulated.Taking advantage of the convenience of on-site judgment during the competition,using expert interviews,questionnaire surveys,mathematical statistics and other scientific research methods,select the 2019 Zhengzhou City Middle School Students Campus Basketball League,Zhengzhou City Middle School Students Campus Basketball Finals,and Zhengzhou City KFC 3X3 competitions for three times.City-level campus basketball matches are the subject of investigation,and the analysis draws the following conclusions:(1)The school basketball competition system for middle school students in Zhengzhou is generally good.There are teams from the 9 districts,1 county,and 5 cities under the jurisdiction of Zhengzhou City to participate in municipal competitions,basically forming a school-district-municipal three-level competition system.The structure is reasonable,the groups are meticulously divided,the coverage area is wide,and the services such as arbitration,publicity,and logistics support are complete.(2)The school basketball competitions for middle school students in Zhengzhou have a short cycle.Most of them are in the form of competitions,which are concentrated in a few days and fixed points.Only the high school finals use the weekend time to implement the home and away system.The competition schedule is intensive,and some teams have double matches in one day,which can easily cause fatigue sports injuries,which is not conducive to the growth of young athletes,and will have a certain impact on their studies.(3)Zhengzhou middle school students' campus basketball competitions are mainly concentrated in the type of "5 vs.5 in full court and 3 vs.3 in half court",and there are fewer women's groups and fewer participating teams than men's groups.Although the size of a single event is huge,it can basically cover various middle school campuses with basketball programs in Zhengzhou,counties and cities,but the average annual number of official games of the sports team is about 10-20 games,and the average number of games and effective game time per athlete is difficult.Meet its growth needs.(4)The publicity and promotion of campus basketball competitions for middle school students in Zhengzhou City is not perfect.There are few video materials and graphic materials related to the competition.The announcement of results and scores after the game has a high delay and cannot be synchronized with the competition schedule in time.There are fewer publicity and warm-up activities related to the event,and more promotion is carried out among relevant groups(athletes,coaches,referees,staff,and parents).The overall impact of the event on the public is insufficient,and the event brand has not yet been formed effect.(5)In the competition service quality survey based on the IPA analysis method,it was found that there are many links in the competition service that need to be further optimized.Among them,there are 5 high-importance,high-satisfaction,8 low-importance and high-satisfaction service touch points that need to continue to maintain service quality,7 high-importance and low-satisfaction service touchpoints need to be focused on improvement,and 5 low-importance,low-satisfaction service touch points The degree of service contact points can be improved in accordance with the actual situation.In response to the research conclusions,the following suggestions are made:(1)On the basis of continuing to improve the competition system,dig deeper into the leading role of the school competition system to expand the campus basketball population base.Build a registration platform for young basketball players and establish a reserve talent pool.(2)Learning from the models of Europe,America,Japan and South Korea,we can ease the intensive schedule of the tournament system by extending the season cycle,opening sub-stations,and implementing the weekend home and away system.(3)On the basis of preserving traditional events,create new events and strive to form traditional events.Various types of competition activities such as "single technical competition,one-on-one individual competition,and ring competition" are opened,which are in line with the existing competition types.(4)Adopt methods of outsourcing professional imaging teams or seeking media partners,use efficient and convenient online channels for publicity,strengthen the drainage role of new media channels,broaden the coverage of the event,and form wider social attention and society benefit.(5)According to the contact points of competition services identified by the IPA analysis method that need to be improved,further optimize the Zhengzhou middle school students' campus basketball competition system in a targeted manner,and improve the overall quality of competitions and services.
