Research objectives: In this paper,the "circular training method" is applied in the teaching of public volleyball sports in Colleges and universities.In order to verify the teaching effect of "circular training method" in public sports Volleyball Classes in Colleges and universities,the aim is to improve the quality of public physical education and enhance the students' learning effect in volleyball teaching.Research methods: This paper introduces "circular training method" into the teaching of university public volleyball elective course,and systematically analyzes the application effect of "circular training method" in the teaching mode of university public volleyball elective course by using a variety of research methods such as literature,questionnaire,experiment and mathematical statistics.And further analysis of the circular training method in college public volleyball elective course on the students volleyball technology,physical quality,PE attitude and other aspects of the impact.The results are as follows :(1)the volleyball technical scores in the pre-teaching experiment were significantly improved compared with those after the teaching experiment;In addition,from the test results,the experimental class in the teaching experiment volleyball technology level improved significantly.Secondly,the students in the control class also had a significant improvement in volleyball skills,students from the ball,to the ball,from passing and serving skills in the experiment before and after the retest comparison,the control class participated in the traditional volleyball teaching,before and after the experiment there are differences;After the experiment,the scores of the students in the experimental class were better than those in the control class.(2)After a semester of circular training method teaching,students have improved their physical fitness.Among them,there are significant differences in the scores of students in 50 m running,standing long jump,pull-up and run-up.The results of endurance running,50-meter sprint,pull-up and run-up have been significantly improved by using cycle training method.The difference of standing long jump was not big,but combined with the pre-test results,the standing long jump performance was improved greatly by using cycle training,and the results of 1000 m and 50 m runs in the experimental class were significantly better than those in the control group.(3)In the physical education attitude scale,there is a significant difference between the retest results of the experimental class and the test results before the teaching experiment.The scores of sports cognition,sports emotion and behavioral intention have been significantly improved,especially in the public physical education courses,students' attitude towards physical education has been greatly improved.Research conclusion :(1)in the volleyball teaching,the use of circular training method can really improve the efficiency of students' learning and volleyball technical level,the teaching method of circular training method is better than the ordinary volleyball teaching method.(2)Compared with the traditional volleyball teaching method,the circular training method has more advantages in improving students' special physical quality,and the effect is more obvious than the traditional teaching group.(3)The circular training method in the volleyball teaching for the students' PE attitude than the traditional teaching method presents a very significant difference,that is,it can better improve the students' participation in volleyball teaching sports attitude.
