From society,we now see students who receive their own education,from one part,can share with others in science and culture,from the other part,personality They have.This situation is just in line with the original intention of the decentralization of education rights and teaching reform in the world in the 1980 s.It also expresses the document "outline of China's education reform and development" issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council In 1993,which points that schools should comprehensively improve the quality of students,develop students' personality,change the situation of "one school for one school",and develop their own characteristics.Pro which proposes a document for the construction of characteristic schools,Building and elaborating primary and secondary grades became a topic of dark science,scholars and schools,primary and secondary schools.In the face of the development of characteristic education in primary and secondary schools,how to make a school's educational philosophy unique and how to make it stick to it has become a crucial issue.Urumqi No.19 middle school,with the support of national policies and the help of national programmatic documents,has quickly joined the ranks of establishing characteristic schools.Since 1997,it has been adhering to the educational concept of "education lays the foundation for students' better life" for more than 20 years.It has created a new situation of characteristic construction of Urumqi No.19 middle school with artistic characteristics,and has become a leader of primary and secondary schools in Xinjiang As a benchmark of music and art education,art practice activities,as a way to practice the characteristics of the school,have developed into a banner of primary and secondary schools in Xinjiang through continuous innovation and practical exploration,which is highly representative,and has cultivated a large number of excellent interdisciplinary talents.This paper takes Urumqi No.19 middle school as the investigation object.On the basis of previous research results and the author's field investigation,this paper uses the theories of musicology,pedagogy and other disciplines.According to the time context,from the perspective of characteristic school,this paper makes a comprehensive research and Analysis on the characteristic creation and practical activities of Urumqi No.19 middle school,and summarizes the enlightenment and significance of the artistic characteristics of Urumqi No.19 middle school.This paper is divided into six partsThe first part: introduction.This paper mainly describes the reason of topic selection,research status,research context and methods,research significance and definition of related concepts.The second part: the concept and direction of characteristic development.This chapter mainly discusses the characteristic development concept,characteristic teachers and characteristic direction of Urumqi No.19 middle school.The third part: the evolution of characteristic development.From the perspective of dynamic development,this paper expounds the development of artistic characteristics of No.19 middle school from three stages: the embryonic period of development,the period of joint school running,and the period of independent school running.The fourth part: practical performance cases.This chapter selects "6.1 animation concert" and "Symphonic Concert in praise of red memory" as two meaningful concerts to do case studies,which are presented by recording and rehearsing.The fifth part: analysis of practice performance.This part from the hardware facilities,teachers team and other aspects of the school's own internal conditions and the external environment that affect the development of school characteristics,policy support,multi-party cooperation,parents support and cooperation to do the analysis and discussion of practical performance.The sixth part: the significance of characteristic development.The last chapter discusses from three aspects: the students' perspective of characteristic development for students' development,the school's perspective of brand building and influence promotion,and the social perspective of cultivating compound talents for the society and meeting the social high-quality education resources.
