Research On The Operation And Management Of Wenzhou Zhengren Sports Club

For a long time,Taekwondo has been favored by young people in China because of its flexible and ornamental characteristics.There are also a large number of Taekwondo training institutions in the market,and the learning team is becoming larger and larger.But with the further development of market economy,many Taekwondo training institutions gradually exposed their own problems in operation and management.This study takes the operation and management of Wenzhou Zhengren sports club as the research object,15 training venues as the research object,and uses the methods of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and expert interview to study the operation and management of Wenzhou Zhengren sports club.This study starts from the four aspects of Wenzhou Zhengren sports club's operation input,product situation,operation output and management activities.The operation input analyzes the four parts of the club's investment: capital,site,personnel and information;The content and types of club products,product pricing and service design are analyzed;The operation output analyzes the economic,social and cultural benefits of the club;Management activities analyzed the club's current financial management,member management,staff management and product content promotion.The results show that Wenzhou Zhengren sports club was established earlier,but it still exists in the process of operation and management:(1)the overall profitability is not high,and the economic benefit is not obvious;(2)The construction of the site environment is not perfect,and there are differences in the needs of customers;(3)The professional ability of the coach team is not balanced,and the service level is uneven;(4)The ability of enrollment is declining,and the sustainable development is facing challenges;(5)Lack of digital intelligent management and low management efficiency.The main reason for the above problems is the high operating cost and backward profit model;The product price is single,and the content of the product is lack of innovation;Coaches are backward in training mode and lack of learning and exchange platform;The product innovation consciousness is weak,and the brand characteristic is not prominent;The way of publicity is backward,and the network promotion is not enough.In order to further promote the all-round development of the operation quality management of Wenzhou Zhengren sports club,combined with the theory of total quality management,it is considered that the club should start from the following aspects: first,always take the customer demand as the guidance,establish the target management system;Second,all staff should participate in quality management and establish the concept of quality first;Third,implement the control of the whole process quality management to promote high-quality development;Fourth,strengthen product research and development,create new products to meet the personalized needs of customers;Fifth,strengthen cost management,reduce unnecessary division of labor,improve profit efficiency,and promote the sustainable development of the club.
