Construction And Improvement Of Effectiveness Evaluation Index Of Quality Management Operation Based On TQM

In recent years,the automotive industry has developed rapidly and the market competition has become increasingly fierce.The fuel system products that are the core components of the automobile bear the brunt of it,and its quality level affects the development of the entire automotive industry.As a supplier of parts for diesel engine fuel systems,W company found a lot of problems in its actual production quality management operation,and it is urgent to establish an evaluation index system for the effectiveness of quality management operations.This article summarizes the status quo and insufficiency of the research on the effectiveness of quality management operations at home and abroad.Based on the latest theoretical results of TQM,it analyzes the production status and quality management operations of W company and finds five major problems that W company has in quality management operations.These problems are the lack of awareness of the quality management system,the confusion of the management of the system documents,the poor control of the supplier,the chaos of the daily management,and the low completion of the quality target.Based on this,we construct the evaluation index of W company's quality management and operation effectiveness.Then optimize and empower the index by using factor analysis method and expert scoring method.After optimization,it has 6 first-level indicators.They are important quality data and information management,quality management activities and system support,quality management measurement and inspection,quality management operation results,quality management standard formulation,and quality management concepts and training.Under the first-level indicators,there are 29 secondary indicators that cover the entire process from product design to product delivery.The evaluation index of W company's quality management operation effectiveness constructed in this paper is based on the theory of TQM and combines the actual quality management of W company.It has a solid theoretical basis and practical application scenario.The indicators cover the entire process of product design,production,and delivery.Qualitative indicators and quantitative indicators combine to provide comprehensive and systematic features of TQM,and the results are more credible.At the stage of index optimization and empowerment,scientific verification has been adopted,reliability and validity have been tested,and subjectivity has been avoided in the structure.The weight setting is also more reasonable,scientific,and operational.This indicator fills the gap between existing domestic and international research that is mainly based on the ISO9000 standard,and solves the problems of lack of theoretical guidance,incomplete design of indicators,and single type of indicators in existing research.In view of the lack of practical application cases at home and abroad,the paper applies the optimized evaluation index to comprehensively evaluate the current quality management operation of W company,analyzes the evaluation results,and locates the problems of quality management operation.In response to the W company's lack of cost awareness,market positioning errors,irrational organizational structure,and outdated corporate culture,put forward suggestions for improvement and implement improvements.
