After several environmental,technological and social changes in the world,enterprises have realized that a more economical,environmentally friendly and responsible supply chain can lead to better enterprise performance,and the sustainable supply chain emerges as The Times require.The quality of performance evaluation reflects the operation situation of the sustainable supply chain.Performance evaluation can help enterprises to explore the advantages and disadvantages of their own operation,optimize the allocation of production materials,reduce the waste of resources,relieve social pressure,and achieve balanced development in the economic,social and environmental aspects.China's semiconductor enterprises have invested a lot in the supply chain structure design stage.In the production logistics stage,they are mainly faced with a series of problems,such as backward product technology,excessive dependence on import,high energy consumption of water and electricity,hazardous waste pollution,and artificial safety.The supply logistics stage is mainly faced with high inventory rate,storage pressure is too large,it is difficult to guarantee fast and on time delivery,logistics system flexibility and seamless supply chain connection and other problems.In view of this,this paper takes listed semiconductor enterprises as an example,based on triple bottom line(TBL)theory and basic components of sustainable development,and from four dimensions of economy,society,ecology and resources,constructs a sustainable supply chain performance evaluation index system.The performance evaluation of semiconductor enterprises' sustainable supply chain is studied by using the super efficiency SBM-DEA model considering non-expected output.The main research tasks of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on the triple bottom line theory and the basic elements of sustainable development,the performance evaluation index framework of sustainable supply chain is constructed.Based on the analysis of literature at home and abroad,this paper constructs a set of evaluation index system of enterprise sustainable supply chain performance including 62 indexes from four dimensions of economy,society,ecology and resources.It is found that there is a certain correlation between the indicators of the four dimensions.The indicators of the economic dimension will influence each other,and may also affect the indicators of the social dimension and the ecological resource dimension.Second,in order to make indicator can fully reflect the true benefits of dimension,avoid the correlation between indicators,this paper USES grey relation analysis(GRA)and rank correlation method(R),the most representative indexes,eventually build contains 37 indicators of semiconductor companies sustainable supply chain performance evaluation index system,index system of research to solve the correlation provides a new train of thought,At the same time,the sustainable supply chain performance evaluation index system constructed is more comprehensive than previous studies.(2)Based on the sustainable supply chain performance evaluation index system,the performance evaluation of semiconductor enterprises is studied by constructing the non-expected output super efficiency SBM-DEA model.Firstly,the input,expected output and non-expected output indexes of semiconductor enterprises are constructed.By calculating the performance values of constant scale(CRS)and variable scale(VRS),the performance ranking and scale return status of enterprises are obtained.Secondly,the input-output indexes are improved according to the loose variables of decision-making units of each enterprise.Furthermore,Jacknife method was used to study the influence degree of non-desired indicators on sustainable supply chain performance.The research shows that the sustainable supply chain of semiconductor enterprises needs to reasonably adjust the input and output indexes according to the performance evaluation results.In addition,the performance evaluation results show that considering the expected output of sustainable supply chain performance is better than no account of the expected output of sustainable supply chain performance,rate of solid waste management and waste water emission intensity is the main factor restricting sustainable environmental performance of supply chain,and the sustainable supply chain is the most close relationship between the economic performance of production research and development success rate,The most closely related to social performance is the ability of customers to complain and the number of accidents per year.The conclusion is helpful for semiconductor enterprises to accurately find the factors hindering the development of their sustainable supply chain,rationally allocate the input and output factors in the production process,optimize the production resources of enterprises,and indirectly improve the market competitiveness of semiconductor enterprises.
