At present,due to the rapid development of my country's digital information technology and the continuous improvement of network technology,the media gradually presents a diversified development form,and a variety of new media platforms are also rapidly emerging in front of people.Its own characteristics,such as strong interaction,good interest,wide coverage and clear interests,make enterprises must combine new media technology and marketing plan perfectly when formulating marketing management strategies,so as to deeply explore the advantages of marketing strategies in the new media era.innovative means.Taking the current marketing strategy of M company as an example,this paper summarizes the current macro environment of M health management company's fatreduction business through PEST analysis method;The deficiencies in the new media network marketing.Based on the various theoretical knowledge of the 4Is of new media network marketing mentioned in this article,combined with the needs of M Health Management Company,from the aspects of strengthening new media network marketing,optimizing and improving existing new media marketing programs,etc.How M Company optimizes and improves the marketing strategy of fat reduction business is of great significance to the company's long-term development.The research of this paper believes that in today's era of rapid development of the Internet,if companies want to develop continuously and stably,they should combine traditional marketing models with new media marketing models.The consumption habits of users and the living habits of Chinese people are constantly changing.Therefore,this article analyzes the existing marketing strategy of M company,conducts in-depth interviews with senior managers of the company and high-level dealers through questionnaire surveys on customers.In order to find out the deficiencies in the marketing strategy of M company's fat reduction business and the reasons for the problems,so as to formulate a new marketing strategy according to the existing problems,and improve the guarantee for the implementation of the strategy.
