The 21 st century is the era of optical communication,and the continuous impact of COVID-19 has made the market of optical communication components more popular,but also caused the whole upstream and downstream supply chain delivery to break or postpone.Affected by this situation GY Communication(Shenzhen)Co.,Ltd.has accumulated a large number of unfinished market orders in hands and needs to strengthen its internal optimization to quickly break through the bottleneck of production capacity and improve output in a very short term to occupy more market shares.In addition,the internal optimization of the company also avoids a large amount of cash investment,enabling the company to more easily face the challenges of high uncertain factors in the future,which are great significance to the sustainable development of GY Communication Company.This thesis majorly researches on the capacity bottleneck process optimization of GY company,which is a world-class R&D and manufacturer of kernel device of optical communication network.Firstly,based on the macro background of optical communication network business and combine with GY company character,this paper research and study the major problems to cause the capacity bottleneck process by the methods of field observation,time of sampling and process procedure analysis,which are longer process cycle time and low overall equipment efficiency.and then find 4major root causes of these two problem under deep study.Then,mainly use Process optimization theory,related analysis methods and literature reference method,and related tools to improve and resolve these two major issue and 4 root causes to improve bottleneck process capacity finally by related optimization actions.Finally,combined with the productivity calculation formula,the productivity effect after the bottleneck process optimization is estimated,which will fully meet the company capacity target.In addition,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the bottleneck process optimization measures of the optical device production line(980 nm semiconductor laser)of GY Communications,the implementation plan and support measures of this measure are put forward.Production process optimization is one of the main approach for manufacturing enterprises to manage their internal change and improve their comprehensive competitiveness.At present,most domestic manufacturing enterprises have adopted this theory to actively and deeply study and explore the improvement of enterprise efficiency.The research on the bottleneck process optimization of the optical device production line(980 nanometer semiconductor laser)of GY Communication Company not only will direct increase the capacity of bottleneck process stage to contribute market and economic value during COVID-19 special period,but also has certain reference significance for other optical device manufacturing enterprises to optimize the bottleneck process with the help of process optimization.
