Research On Software Life Cycle Optimization And Software Process Improvement For Party A

Abstract:Software quality assurance is an important issue throughout the entire software life cycle.In the early days,due to the neglect of quality management,leading to serious problems of software project management,software crisis that occurs in software development.Attention to software quality management,software quality management specification system,the entire software project management has played a very important role in promoting.For Party A enterprises,they generally use outsourcing on their system construction and software development.Although it is to some extent solve the enterprise’s own resources and the development of technology and other issues,but a series of quality management and control issues that need to face have increased.The purpose of this paper is to investigation and analysis on the IT support systems and construction process of Party A (take the example of telecom operators), with the way of using the questionnaire to carry out the investigation,conducting data analysis and validation of the reliability and validity,on this basis optimizing the life cycle model of software project telecom operators,improve the software development process,thereby establishing an assessment methods of IT support system project construction process,so it can help them to guide the work on the software process improvement and management of Paty A’s IT projects.
