With the support of Internet technology and the scale of the Internet,more and more users conduct knowledge sharing and knowledge dissemination on the Internet,and the online question and answer community is developing rapidly.The activities of users in the online Q?A community are also becoming more and more complex,and they are no longer limited to the satisfaction of Q?A needs,but have produced more social interactions.In the past research on user experience,the user is regarded as a single individual who uses the product,and the experience generated by the interaction between users is rarely studied,which is obviously not perfect in user experience design.Therefore,this thesis will take the online question and answer community as the research object,try to explore the factors that affect co-experience,and explore the design strategy of the online question and answer community based on co-experience.This thesis firstly sorts out the concept of online Q?A community and the definition of co-experience through the research of relevant domestic and foreign literature,and sorts out the main research content of online Q?A community and the current research status of co-experience at home and abroad,and finds three dimensions of co-experience:Participation,cognitive communion,and resonant contagion have clarified the methods and steps of co-experience research.Secondly,from the perspectives of theory,practice and users,it studies the factors that affect co-experience of the online Q?A community.Through the research on the related literature of the three dimensions of co-experience in the online question answering community,the theoretical elements of co-experience under the three dimensions are summarized and extracted.Through the case studies of three existing online Q?A communities,the elements of the three dimensions of co-experience in the practice process are summarized and extracted.Through interviews with in-depth users of co-experience elements,the elements at the level of user cognition and behavior are summarized and extracted.Third,summarize and analyze the elements of induction and extraction,combined with the characteristics of the online question and answer community, and propose a design strategy of three dimensions of co-experience of the online question and answer community.Through the induction and extraction of elements,this paper systematically expounds how social interaction in online Q?A community affects user experience,so as to help designers understand co-experience in online Q?A community and take co-experience into consideration in practical design.Finally,according to the proposed design strategy,taking Zhihu as an example,co-experience design practice is carried out.The user evaluation of the optimized online question and answer community is carried out to further verify the effectiveness of co-experience design strategy of the online question and answer community.Studying co-experience of the online Q?A community,taking into account the new experience created by users due to social interaction,not only considering the isolated response of users,is conducive to a more comprehensive consideration in the user experience design of Internet products in the future.The online Q?A community connects users with high-quality content,and there are frequent exchanges and interactions between users.Therefore,co-experience is very important for the online Q?A community.When designing the online Q?A community,it will be more effective to consider co-experience.It can effectively improve the user's experience,effectively enhance the user's recognition of the product,and promote the design research of the online question and answer community.
