Worship is a kind of folk custom with folk psychology based on soul belief,ancestor worship,filial piety culture of Chinese nation and so on,which has a very long history.In the succession of generations,Chinese people express their memoriam and gratitude to ancestors and also pray and hope for the future by worship.With the arrival of the mobile Internet era,products of online memorial services which are combined with the Internet technology such as online memorial hall,tomb-sweeping day worship by Wechat scan code and so on,relying on their convenient and fast,green,interactive experience,rich and diverse characteristics,are gradually changing the traditional worship custom.However,due to its rigid products form,chaotic visual style,gloomy content,poor user experience and other reasons,acceptance and recognition of users are not high and so it can not be popularized in a wide range.Based on the theory and method of user experience design,the paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the existing similar products through the market research.Through study of users,the real needs of target users are studied.By building character and analyzing its use scenario,finally interaction design of online memorial services products are carried out and visual research and implementation are completed.In the part of theoretical research,the subject mainly studies the definition,level and elements of user experience,as well as the principle of interaction design and so on.Advantages and disadvantages and the development trend of online memorial services are analyzed through method of market research.Through questionnaire survey,user interviews and other user research methods,theoretical basis are laid for study of the app design of online memorial services based on user experience,which is specifically reflected in product preliminary investigation,target user establishment,character creation,product usage scenario analysis of project guide and other work content.In the part of design practice,guided by the theory of user experience and interaction design,according to the market research,the theory and data base of the user research,research and practice of interaction design and visual design are carried out.Product objectives and core functions,information architecture and navigation,interaction design and visual design are determined to make high-fidelity prototype design and conduct lightweight usability testing to validate requirements.With communicating through Wechat public numbers and h5 pages and other social networking tools,some social influences are produced.
