Research On Maternity APP Design Based On Dynamic User Portrait

As a group of people concerned by the society,the management of physical and mental health of pregnant women has always been an important issue.With the opening of China's two-child policy and three-child policy,reasonable management of physical and mental health of pregnant women has become a trend and inevitable.At the same time,with the rapid development of the Internet,it has become normal for pregnant women to use mobile apps for health management.Because pregnant women generally have to go through the period of prepregnancy,early pregnancy,middle pregnancy,late pregnancy and puerperium,lasting as long as a year,the physical and psychological changes of pregnant women at different stages are very large.However,through a comprehensive survey of most maternity apps in the market,it is found that most maternity apps do not adapt to the phased change of behavior and preference of pregnant women,and the functional interaction mode is single.As a result,the user needs cannot be fully met and the user experience is not good.This study will take dynamic user portrait as the starting point,mainly study how to construct dynamic user portrait to meet the needs of users at different stages of using maternity APP,extract design opportunity points from it,and conduct reasonable interaction design of maternity APP,so as to improve user experience of maternity APP.Firstly,this thesis studies and analyzes the research ideas of goal-oriented user portrait,story-based user portrait and data-based user portrait,and then draws the following conclusions:(a)The attribute characteristics of the three user portraits cannot reflect the different needs of users at different stages without considering the time factor,so dynamic user portraits need to be constructed to describe the users completely.(b)Goal-oriented user portrait and story-based user portrait are constructed from top to bottom,while data-based user portrait is constructed from bottom to top.Based on this,this thesis summarizes the definition of dynamic user portrait,and proposes that the attributes of dynamic user portrait should include natural attributes,behavior attributes and interest attributes.In addition,the method of constructing dynamic user portrait should adopt the top-down questionnaire method combined with the bottom-up big data method.(c)Therefore,this thesis first adopts the questionnaire survey method,constructs the user portrait frame model,designs the questionnaire,and obtains the natural attributes,behavioral attributes and interest attributes of maternity APP users through factor analysis,cluster detection,cross-cutting and regression analysis,and then big data method,through the web crawler,data preprocessing,the LDA model training and clustering analysis to obtain maternity APP user nature attributes and interest attributes,and through the cross analysis to obtain the weight of interest attributes at different maternal stages,then to obtain the dynamic interest attributes and dynamic behavior attributes.Combined with the attributes acquired by questionnaire method and big data method,the targets of the portraits are improved,and several complete dynamic user portraits of maternity APP with trend are constructed.(d)Finally,based on the dynamic user portraits of maternity APP,the design opportunity points are extracted,and the interaction design practice of a maternity APP is completed by following the interaction design process.
