Survey Of The Maternity Matrons' Living Conditions In Nanjing

With the improvement of living standards,more and more families pay more attention to the quality of life and freedom.When there are parturients in the family,the number of families seeking maternity matron services is also increasing.In recent years,with the implementation of the national comprehensive two-child policy,maternity matron industry has developed rapidly.Some general concerns and impressions,such as little maternity matron,people's livelihood,"high salary","good maternity matron difficult to ask"and"market chaos"seem to be focused by the ordinary consumers for the occupation of maternity matron.This graduation project selects the form of news work.The author went deeply into the maternity matron service company and comprehended maternity matron,a special professional group who works as the blue collar but earns wages like white collar,as well as exploring their living conditions through the way of questionnaire survey and in-depth interview.We first show five living conditions of the maternity matron.They are"as a home economic pillar","body in the hole","communication with employers","alienation from her husband and guilt about her children"and"long live to understand".Meanwhile,through the way of interviewing employers,related institution principals and the boss of company,we introduce the exploration of the reasons behind the maternity matron living state,as well as the observation and consideration for industry development.The suggestions and prospect forecasts for the industry development are given in order to know more about the maternity matron and promote the healthy development of the industry.
