Recruitment management is a very important part of enterprise human resources management, in the enterprise human resources management in some areas. The scene of traditional recruitment requires a lot of human cost, economic cost and time cost, companies often need to spend a whole day in recruitment, at the same time also in time and space to job seekers and the enterprise has brought inconvenience. With the advent of the era of Internet, Internet recruitment has gradually replaced the traditional recruitment, relative to traditional recruitment, recruitment system reflects the regional restriction, the superiority of large volume, low cost of recruitment, for enterprise provides a convenient and efficient way for high quality talent.Paper introduces the research background of guangzhou foreign trade and economic cooperation enterprise association staff recruitment system, project significance and current research and application status of the content of thesis research and the main work. In guangzhou foreign trade and economic cooperation enterprise association member enterprise staff recruitment requirements after carried on the thorough investigation and research, analysis of demand for staff recruitment system in detail, the system is divided into system management and recruitment management, position management, resume and so on four function modules, through the analysis of the existing business process, after rewriting determine the business process reengineering of the module, and through the case analysis and the use case description to determine the function of the system. On the basis of demand analysis, in view of the enterprise competitive intelligence system function modules of the system’s overall package diagram and package diagram has carried on the design, in detail elaborated the design content, and as a benchmark, the design of the class diagram of the system in detail, the database table structure is established. Thesis finally summarizes the research and analysis of the work done, and the further work were also discussed.
