With the advent of the smart era,the wave of artificial intelligence has swept through various fields around the world.To enable users to enjoy better services,public libraries are also updating their service concepts,gradually introducing smart devices,moving toward the goal of smart services,and gradually realizing the upgrading and transformation of smart libraries.In such a general environment,some urban public libraries have carried out library lending,searching,consulting,space,data platform,information access,and other intelligent services,aiming to provide more professional and intelligent services to the general readers.This paper takes Nanning City Library as the research object,investigates and analyzes the current situation of the development of smart services in Nanning City Library,distributes questionnaires on the satisfaction of smart services to users,and gives corresponding optimization strategies for the problems existing in the process of smart services implementation.This paper is divided into five chapters: Chapter 1 introductory chapter,which describes the research background,the current situation of domestic and foreign research,research methods and innovation points of intelligent services in public libraries in China;Chapter 2 Outlines the intelligent service of public library,analyzes the concept,development process and constituent elements of intelligent service of public library by means of literature survey;Chapter 3 takes Nanning City Library as the research object,through The third chapter takes Nanning City Library as the research object,summarizes and analyzes the current situation of intelligent services in Nanning City Library by means of network research,literature research and field research,and conducts an in-depth discussion and analysis of the collected information through a questionnaire survey of library users;chapter 4 is based on the research results of the previous chapter,analyzes the problems and causes of Nanning Library's intelligent service;chapter 5 puts forward the optimization strategy for the existing problems;in the last chapter,the findings and shortcomings of this paper are summarized,and further research directions are proposed.
