| The rise of the "Internet + medical model" has eased the medical pressure to a certain extent.The online health information service platform has brought great value to the medical industry,but the loss of users will affect the sustainable development of the platform.This study focuses on the elderly's negative use behavior of online health information services under the online health information environment,aiming to explore the formation mechanism and influencing factors of the elderly's negative use behavior,so as to help the elderly benefit from the online health information service platform,scientifically conduct health self-management and improve health awareness and health level.At the same time,it also provides opinions and suggestions for the online health service platform to improve the system quality and service quality,and improve user satisfaction.Firstly,on the basis of summarizing the concepts of elderly online health information use behavior and users' negative use behavior,through reviewing the existing literature,based on the "perception affect con formation pattern"(CAC)paradigm,combined with cognitive load theory and perceived value theory,this paper constructs the elderly online health information service negative use behavior model;Secondly,the elderly aged 60 and above were selected as the research objects.After pre survey and interview,combined with the results of discussion with experts,a formal questionnaire was formed.Finally,a total of 176 valid questionnaires were collected.Spss26.0 and amos21.0 were used for data analysis,and structural equation was used to test the hypothesis and model.The results show that in the online health information environment,the elderly's online health information service anxiety has a significant positive impact on avoidance behavior and withdrawal behavior;Perceived cost,information overload and service overload all have a significant positive impact on the elderly online health information service anxiety;Perceived risk and system overload have no significant effect on the anxiety of elderly online health information service.Finally,the elderly need to correct their attitude,learning methods and skills,and cultivate and enhance their health information literacy;The platform needs to optimize the information quality,improve the information service system and improve the service quality in order to seek the long-term development of the platform;Relevant departments need to focus on increasing investment,publicizing,encouraging and training the elderly to effectively use online health information services,and taking various measures to promote the development of health information service platform,so as to alleviate the medical pressure in China to a certain extent. |
