With the continuous development of automation technology,computer technology and other industries,motion control technology has also made great progress.With the demand for control equipment and technology upgrades in the market,the market's requirements for motion controllers are also increasing.The motion control system has always adopted the design mode of control and drive separation,and this design method has been unable to meet the higher requirements of industrial applications.Under the development trend of increasingly miniaturized and integrated industrial control equipment,it is necessary to study the integration of drive and control.With the continuous improvement of the switching speed of the switching devices in the motion controller and the system clock frequency,the electromagnetic compatibility problem in the industrial field has become more and more prominent.This paper takes the drive and control integrated motion controller hardware as the research object,and studies the electromagnetic compatibility problem.The main contents include the following aspects:First,analyze the signal integrity problem in the drive-control integrated motion control board,and analyze the influence of the signal integrity problem on electromagnetic interference.First,build a simulation model based on the motion control board,and analyze the factors affecting the signal transmission quality through simulation,including crosstalk between signal lines,signal reflection and differential signal transmission.Study the influence of signal integrity on radiated emission levels,discuss the influence of transmission line termination,transmission line type and clock signal on radiated EMI,verify the relationship between signal integrity and EMI,and propose mitigation measures to suppress transmission line level EMI interference problem.Second,design the power supply module in the motion control board,analyze the realization mechanism of DC-DC and LDO power supply voltage regulator circuits and the factors that affect their power supply quality.Build an experimental platform,design an experimental scheme for comparative experiments,and analyze the factors affecting the power supply quality of DC-DC and LDO power supplies.The research results show that the correct selection of decoupling capacitors and inductors plays a key role in the stability of the output power supply.Thirdly,the electromagnetic interference suppression method of motion controller is discussed.The electromagnetic interference suppression of the motion controller is carried out from the perspective of the interference source and the radiation coupling path,including the use of clock spread spectrum,shielding and ferrite magnetic ring methods,and the mechanism of each suppression measure is analyzed.Finally,an experimental platform is built,and comparative experiments were carried out in a darkroom environment to verify the effectiveness of the above suppression measures.The research shows that the influence of signal integrity,power integrity and electromagnetic compatibility problems in hardware circuit design needs to be analyzed as a whole to improve the electromagnetic compatibility performance of hardware circuit.
