In the era of rapid development of information technology,people have developed a design method that is collective,distributed and collaborative at the same time,based on the working mode of collaborative operation and based on computer technology and communication information technology.The working method of collaborative design can effectively improve the design efficiency and quality,and also promote the innovation of design management technology,which is of great significance to improve the level of design management and promote the development of enterprises.Based on the above background,this thesis uses Navigator,Library,Diagramming and other components in the NX platform to study key technologies such as data sharing and external reference,and designs and implements the 2D and 3D collaborative design component system in NX.Improve the efficiency of NX 2D and 3D design.The research work done in this thesis is as follows:(1)Aiming at the problem that 2D and 3D design application data cannot be shared,this thesis proposes an object-based tree sharing model based on the study of several existing pipe network models,and adopts the sharing strategy of Part files.Implement the sharing of key information between 2D and 3D.(2)Design and Implement of 2D and 3D collaborative design component.In the NX platform,design and implement 2D and 3D collaborative design component for 2D schematic design and 2D and 3D collaborative design.(3)Functional testing and evaluation of 2D and 3D collaborative design component.By designing test cases,and under the NX platform,the component is functionally tested and performance tested by executing the test cases.This thesis adopts the object-oriented idea,and proposes an object-based tree data model suitable for NX,which has the characteristics of flexibility,easy maintenance and low coupling.In this thesis,the model is applied to the implementation of the NX collaborative design component,which makes the component achieve a model-driven effect,which in turn improves the design efficiency of the entire design process by more than 30%,filling up the defect that 2D schematic design and 3D piping design cannot be coordinated in NX.In addition,the component has been released with the official version of NX and received good feedback from users.
