The dissertation mainly introduces the design technique of the software to display sintering process status. In this dissertation the modeling of the temperature field in a sintering process is investigated. It includes the temperature measurement in the sintering process, the design of the data communication interface, the realization of the secondary emulation, the modeling of the temperature field in a sintering process, the computer graphic operation and output design, and the history trace back function.In order to avoid mistaken operations, which are made by operator's mistaken judgment based on the present sintering status, a fast and straightforward solution is provided by this software for controlling the status of a sintering process. The application of this software system can well predict the sintering results, and evaluate the previous operating data and actions, and therefore give the correct command for the next operation.Meanwhile the history trace back function are provided by the software, in order to response the operator's request about the sintering status history tracking and provide the manager long term solutions for analyzing the sintering process status and the prediction of the sintering status development.By adding a forecast of the sintering status trend function, reliable information is provided for sintering process control optimization. By adding the function of coordinating the allocation of the input temperature measurement points, the uneven allocation points of site temperature measurement can be analyzed.
