| Recently, with the rapid developping of the information technology, software process management theory has been more mature and systematic. It can guide the development work in projects and increase our economic benifits. To bring the software products and services made in china to E-A (Europe and America) market, this paper will focus on software process management, and apply it in the OSE-CSCW platform.
