Research On Multidisciplinary Collaborative Design Process Management Technology

Management process of multi-disciplinary collaborative design is discussed in this paper. System framework structure is built, process modeling is fulfilled, and negotiation in collaborative design is discussed. The whole process management system is achieved. The main work described as follows:Catering to the sharing of knowledge-driven collaborative design of products of key technologies of the National High-Tech. R&D Program of China (863) and the research background and significance of the mixed model of complex mechanical products and delivery method of size constraints of the National Natural Science Foundation of China are described systematically in this paper.The general description of the multi-disciplinary collaborative design process management system for the overall framework is given, which is subdivided into software interface layer, process control layer, design layer, data processing layer and the optimization layer. And the five layers are explained respectively, and the relationship between the layer and the system is given. Then explaining the system is how to work.The difference and relationship of workflow technology and modeling process are analyzed, the multi-disciplinary collaboration, task releasing, process monitoring mechanism of Petri nets based on hierarchical expansion is proposed, which is realized on the basis JBPM workflow engineThe reason of the confliction of the process of multi-disciplinary is described in this paper, and the conflict negotiation ways of the multi-disciplinary collaborative design process is proposed at the same time.The process management system of multi-disciplinary collaborative design is designed and achieved, of which the management problems, system management components and data management components are described in this paper. According to the collaborative design of Benxi Water Pump Co, the multi-disciplinary is achieved, and the rationality and effectiveness of the system is proving.Finally, the whole-length work is summarized, and the future need for the further improvement and deepen work is prospected.
