Under the background that industrial Internet promotes the upgrading of manufacturing industry,producer services accelerate the integration and transformation development of manufacturing industry with the help of industrial Internet.Production equipment operational service as an important kind of producer services,combined with industrial Internet platform of production equipment operational service sharing platform,has caused the industry a series of business practice,but in the business to promote the actual effect,the production equipment operational service sharing platform in large and medium-sized enterprises are more likely to be used as equipment operational management software,And more willing to accept production equipment operational service platform and integrated operational service system of the user is small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises,but the small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in the industrial the plight of the use of the Internet platform facing reality,with what kind of pattern to promote production equipment operational service sharing platform application in small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises,is the platform there is an urgent need to solve the problem of project owner.Production equipment operation and maintenance service sharing platform as a kind of industrial Internet platform,its model needs to be studied from the industrial Internet platform model and production equipment operation and maintenance sharing industry characteristics of two directions.This thesis studies the platform mode of industrial Internet based on literature method and research method,combines feasible mode with research and interview method to obtain the actual operation process of production equipment operation and maintenance service sharing platform,and deduces a feasible development mode of production equipment operation and maintenance service sharing platform through analysis and deduction.Firstly,through literature and research,this thesis studies the industrial Internet platform and its current situation,the theory of value co-creation,the digitalization of productive services and the digitalization of smes,and optimizes the value co-creation mode of industrial Internet.Second was studied by investigation and interviews of sharing platform of production equipment operational service definition,the existing problems in the traditional operational mode,possible value creation space of the production equipment operational service sharing platform,the production equipment operational service sharing platform platform technology and value layer structure,analyzes the value proposition of sharing platform of production equipment operational services;Then the value process and main value activities in the process of production equipment operation and maintenance service sharing platform are analyzed by using the industrial Internet value co-creation theory for reference through investigation and interview.Finally,different value co-creation modes of "connection","linkage" and "conjoined" in three stages of production equipment operation and maintenance service sharing platform are analyzed and deduced by using industrial Internet "triad" value co-creation mode.The research results of this thesis enrich and expand the value co-creation mode of industrial Internet in theory,and provide a new perspective for the construction of production equipment operation and maintenance service sharing platform.In practice,it provides referential suggestions for the commercial practice development and platform design and operation of production equipment operation and maintenance service sharing platform.
