Most of the enterprises in the process of office will produce paper files,the paper files including documents,science and technology archives,archives administration,financial documents,etc.,have different storage life of different types of files,as time goes on,more and more paper files,but the local archives storage space is limited,can't receive more and more enterprise file management requirements.Therefore,how to standardize the storage of these paper files has become a difficult problem that enterprises must face.In the early 20 th century,with the increase of market demand,commercial archives management company in China began to flourish,to help enterprises solve related issues in archives,this kind of commercial archives management and archives,the management mode of archives more commercial and more fit the needs of the enterprises,they are in a whole new management idea,The lowest management cost,high quality service mode,safe storage environment,advanced technical conditions and professional archive knowledge to avoid the management of enterprises due to insufficient storage space,file loss,file mildew,file information leakage and other problems.However,in recent years,in the context of the development of big data and artificial intelligence,the state has issued relevant policy documents on archives digitization,especially requiring medical institutions and financial institutions to vigorously carry out archives digitization,so as to facilitate intelligent management and convenient use of archives information.So companies have to carry out the paperless office and paperless business,to upgrade paper documents into electronic document,followed by archives management industry is also facing business transformation and upgrading,not only to provide the basis for enterprise archive management services,and to follow along with the development of market demand,to provide with a core of digital related services.This paper takes the marketing strategy of Y Company's archives and documents management as the research topic,analyzes the development history of the archives and documents management industry at home and abroad and the future development trend of the industry,as well as the problems and causes of Y Company's marketing,and finally gives solutions based on the marketing theory.First of all,the 7Ps theory is used to analyze the current marketing status of Y company from seven aspects: product,price,channel,promotion,personnel,tangible display and process.Secondly,we designed an interview on marketing issues of company Y's archives and document management service to truly understand the ideas of interviewees.Interviewees are also selected from both internal and external perspectives.Internally,we invited senior managers who have worked in Company Y for more than 5 years as interviewees.The enterprise customers who have cooperated with Y company for more than 3 years are invited to be interviewed to understand the problems and causes of the marketing of Y Company's archives and document management service,and finally put forward the improvement and safeguard measures of Y Company.On the one hand,marketing improvement measures are mainly combined with early interviews and 7Ps theory to put forward targeted countermeasures;On the other hand,safeguard measures are mainly analyzed from five levels of system guarantee,personnel guarantee and technical guarantee,financial guarantee and cultural guarantee.
