This topic comes from the research and development of a certain type of launch control recording device,which is used to record and save the working state,video data and shooter operation instructions of the launch vehicle in real time.In view of the shortcomings of the traditional recording device,this paper optimizes and innovates the design of the recording device: optimizing the traditional vehicle-mounted recording device's storage capacity is too small,the data recording is single,the operation response is slow,and the data export process is cumbersome.According to the policy of joint operations,the video sent back by the missile and the video data of the weekly viewing sight are sent to the command cabin through RTSP live streaming.Realize the coordinated operation of the command cabin and the tank.This paper firstly analyzes the research background and current situation of the key technology of data recording device.The research significance and value of the new generation of data recording device are expounded.According to the design requirements of the project,the design of the overall scheme has been completed.The software design of the ARM side and the hardware design of the sending control and recording device have been completed.The hardware of the sending control recording device is based on TMS320DM8168 and XC7K160 T chips,which realizes the collection of multi-channel video data.And superimpose it to display the time stamp on the operation interface.Finally,the video is compressed and stored on the large-capacity solid-state hard disk through the H.264 video compression algorithm.At the same time,the acquisition and analysis of high-speed CAN bus and RS422 data is realized.In order to improve the simplicity of data export,the automatic data export function is designed and implemented.Completed the live streaming function of video data through RTSP streaming protocol.Completed the design of GPMC high-speed communication,CAN data reception and other interfaces in hardware.Finally,environmental testing and functional testing are carried out,through the export and analysis of video and bus data.Comparing sending data frames and recording data frames,there is no data frame loss.The video data is saved to the specified location as required,and the live streaming test is completed.After the launch vehicle has undergone rigorous tests in plateaus,hot areas,and cold areas,all indicators can meet the requirements.It is now assembled into the weapon system.
