Entering the new century,the past 20 years is a moment of history,a microcosm of an era,and a stage of human growth.But as far as the development of information technology in the world is concerned,it is an exponentially rising explosive development,which has expanded to every aspect of society from the beginning.All aspects of social operation,economic development,commercial activities,scientific research and people's life are bound to the depth of informatization.At the national strategic level,most innovative countries in the world focus on the development of information technology in formulating national strategies;From the perspective of enterprises,the business operation of enterprises depends more and more on informatization,so as to meet the challenges and opportunities brought to enterprises by new environment,new technology and new business model.In a short time,the rapid information construction and development not only brings dividends to some enterprises,but also leads to the impression of high investment and low output due to the lack and lag of management in some enterprises.Improving the management level of information technology services,providing safe and stable business information systems for business departments,responding quickly to the relevant needs of business departments,and using the continuous progress of information technology to help business development has become the main focus of IT managers.At the same time,with the implementation of policy requirements such as localization and information innovation,The management of the company has also set higher requirements for the development of information technology,which makes it urgent to solve this problem.This paper takes the Information Technology Department of H securities company as the research object to optimize the company's IT service management.Firstly,the paper introduces the content of ITSM,ITIL and other related knowledge theory and application practice,as well as the relevant development process at home and abroad;Then,combined with the current situation of IT service management in the Information Technology Department of H securities company,this paper evaluates and analyzes the IT service quality by means of questionnaire,determines the key problems existing in the current IT service management process,and analyzes the main causes of the problems;Then,the process optimization design of IT service of the information technology department is carried out based on the best practice model of IT service management.The main contents include the construction of service directory,the establishment of service desk,the optimization of two related service provision processes,and the optimization of service support processes such as accident management and problem management;Finally,the optimized scheme implementation plan and relevant safeguard measures are formulated.It is hoped that this can effectively improve the IT service management level of the information technology department,improve customer satisfaction,and strive to realize the strategic value of the information technology department in the company.
