At present,the momentum of rapid development of new media,and its most prominent characteristics are the fast communication speed,diversified presentation methods,deepening interaction,and gradually forming a multi-platform communication system with "two micro end and one end" as the core.The traditional media industry has been severely impacted,and more and more newspaper groups have begun to explore media integration and practice of media transformation.Therefore,the transformation of the traditional newspaper industry has become the trend of media development and one of the important research topics in the media field.In today's environment of media integration and development,the Beijing News is one of the earliest traditional newspapers in China to carry out the practice of all media transformation,which is representative.Therefore,this study takes the Beijing News as an individual case to analyze the transformation practice of China's traditional newspapers in China.Starting with concept innovation,the Beijing News relied on traditional newspapers,carried out independent APP research and development,and reorganized the editorial department.With the help of new media platforms such as Weibo,We Chat,Tik Tok,it launched high-quality content products,and gradually realized the transformation and development of omnmedia.This article mainly uses the content analysis method,case study method,field investigation method and qualitative interview method,combined with the author's practice experience in the Beijing News,to conduct in-depth research on the transformation practice of the Beijing News.This paper first sorts out the transformation process and practical exploration of the Beijing News,combined with the author's interview content with the Beijing News interviewees,and makes an overview of the all-media development of the Beijing News,including the development concept,channel exploration and structural reform.Secondly,by carrying out a questionnaire survey and research on the audience of the Beijing News,from the perspective of the audience,we can understand the audience information behavior acceptance habits,the use of the Beijing News products,the overall satisfaction,existing problems,improvement opinions and the overall recognition of the media industry.Thirdly,based on the questionnaire statistical results,the existing problems are studied and summarized in the transformation of the Beijing News.Finally,it put forward development countermeasures for the future transformation practice of the Beijing News,and hopes to provide experience and feasibility suggestions for other media,which will help to promote the transformation of China's newspaper industry.
